9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in crage.

Plain fillets exc. 13 and n.exc 25 Sq cm as in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain fillets exc 3 & n.exc 6 Sq cm in bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one or both edges or face as in beading all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Shutter of any description exc 1.0 Sqm and not exc 2.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

5.5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

E&M Items

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring light, fan socket or power complete fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, fan regulator, socket including light fitting etc complete with MS conduit and T/W battern, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories laid on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board of suitable for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories laid on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board of suitable size for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on independent board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories laid on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable (FRLS) of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board of suitable size for housing like switches, sockets, etc for One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on same board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 17 above but with conductor of size 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) (FRLS) for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board complete and earth continuity wire with 2.5 sqmm (FRLS) PVC insulated stranded copper conductor Cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Switch Socket Combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 15 /16 amp flush type Universal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp flush type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Socket 2 in 1, 5 pin 5 Amp flush type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Switch piano flush type 5/6 Amp, single pole, one way, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ceiling rose surface Bakelite 65x50mm two to three terminal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Basic all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing and integreted electronic driver of cap 20 watt, 4 feet long, with all accessories, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixed in repair exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sheet metal powder coated versatile single door SPN distribution board, 8 way suitable for MCB's fitted with copper bus bar rated 200amps, neutral link , earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240 Volt, 50Hz, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MCB SPN 63 Amp, 240V with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MCB SP 6-32 Amp with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminimum conductor of size 16 Sq mm twin core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, flat or circular, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earh lead wire of size 4.0 mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
