S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor preparation of new steel surface and and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blanket any thickness including cover filllets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI frame work of size (605 x 605) mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre /nnintermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, Hangers 6 mm dia. GI. (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40 mm long complete including 04mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws incl taking down & refixing all electric fittings, fixture and wiring complete all as specified

M&L for 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling incl taking down & refixing all electric fittings, fixture and wiring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in walls incl taking down & refixing all electric fittings, fixture and wiring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 mm thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with only one side decorative face veneers fixed with nails as in wall panelling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet of any pattern as in strips & channels feathered at edges for fixing to wall lining inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber framed in fillets, rails, posts rafters, purlines, etc under 40 sq cm in section all as directed.

M&L for second class Hardwood plain filllets, rectangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails exc 13 and n.exc 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm width teak wood lipping 6 mm thick for Patical board/block board complete fix with nail complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing, serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm , in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed for laying floor all as specified and directed.

M&L for HDF laminated wooden floor tiles of 8 mm thick with dove tailed joints laid over 150 micron polythene film and 3 mm thick foam as per manufacturer instruction including dismatling of old wooden flooring of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for white glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X200X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and pointed in white to match complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from steel or wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surroundings; glazing with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / wooden beading in square exc 0.5 sqm each panes complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 80,500.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
