Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles/stay assembly including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C–2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation for poles/ stay and necessary form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B–2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate/as in coping of poles/ stay assy including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I, flat size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing in repair with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/with pole/trenches "Light grade" 80 mm dia for the protection of the U/G cable complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling & taking down insulator any type any size from HT pole complete all as directed.

S&F polymer composite Pin Insulator, grey in color , dia of FRP rod 20 mm, lengrth of FRP rod (min) 165 mm, dia of weather sheds 100 mm as per IEC 61109 for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F polymer composite disc type , grey in colour working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil with mobile transformer filteration plant at site with all required accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filteration of transformer oil for the desired dielectric strength. ie not less than 30 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Test certificate shall be submitted before and after filteration for dielectric strength.

Supply and Filling Transformer Oil of good quality for Topping Up transformers 200 KVA to 630 KVA Capacity having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV , flash point not less than 135 degree C , having low viscosity for filling or replacing the old oil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of 315/400 KVA outdoor type transformer from GE 860 to Div power house, GE 860 to Leh Wk Shop and placed on the platform make through this contract and 11 KV on HT side, 433 Volts, 3 ph & 4 wire on LT side complete with electrical connections on HT & LT side including all the accessories/fittings and all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-charge

All as per item Ser No. 16 here in before but transformer of capacity 100 KVA

Dismantling of air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc.

Dismantling burnt / defective Gang Operated Switch keeping away from site , Supply & install 11 KV 3 Phase Gang operated air break switch with drop out fuses set ( consisting 12 Nos Post Insulator ) 400 amp capacity, vertical mounting with fixed and moving contacts complete with locking arrangement and fixing the gang operated switch on existing two/four pole structure including making all jumper connections with insulated leads of suitable size with line tops etc, all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling the Existing Damaged Danger Notice plate from the HT Poles keeping away from site and M & L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm mild steel sheet , vitreous enamelled white ,with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps,bolts,nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE Armoured aluminium cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Outoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE Armoured aluminium cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 mtr long) duly erected in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stay assembly set comprising of 14mm long GI stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia with threaded end GI nut bolt and washers, thimble including 300x300x6mm MS stay plate and exposed surfaces shall be given two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including dismantling of existing damaged assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES schedule part-I and as directed. (NOTE: Excavation, earth work, PCC & insulator shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structrural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or size as indicated or directed nand inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of semi conducting compound conductor screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured XLPE insulated heavy duty 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 Sqmm x 3 core confirming to IS 7098 Part-II, suitable for earthed system complete all as direcrted. Note : 1. The end termination joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover will be measured and paid for separately.

All as per serial item No 26.00 here in before but of size 95 Sqmm 3 core.

Supply and fixing aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size, straining properly on insulators and binding on existing HT poles or new poles with and incl 02mm dia aluminium binding wire all as specified & directed. Note : The 3% for sag, joints & jumpers shall be added in measurements.

M&L for replacing existing unservicable silica gel with new crystal clean silica gel for the breathers of transformers capacity 50 to 630 KVA all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replace unservicable (broken / cracked) breathers assembly complete of various transformers suitable for pipe entry of 20/25 mm dia all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (as per old sample)

Supply and fix oil temperature guage complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting defective out door/indoor transformers,11KV/433 V of 315/400 KVA from HT/LT sides taking down transformer oil completely,storing oil in suitable container (to be provided by the conractor),lifting the top cover and core assembly carefully and checking the conditions,refilling the tranformer oil completely after necessary repairs like rewinding with copper wire, LT busing, HT bushing, breather assy, temperatute gauge, tap changer and fixing the top cover and painting to transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : In case of major repaires/replacement in transformer,which can not be undertaken at site, the transformer shall be shifted to civil workshop deemed to be included in unit rate. After complete repair test report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M & L HT/LT winding of Transformer of capacity 63 to 500 KVA using super enameled copper wire/strip of appropriate cross section and turn as per existing size including insulation paper of good quality all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L Anti-Climbing device spike type fabricated out of MS bars ( round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts and washers and welding into two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed..

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and galvanised iron strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to MCBDB’s earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S&F MS chequered Plate cover 10 mm thickness for cable duct including 2 coats of synethic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed

M&L for preparation old (exposed) painted surfaces of existing HT/ LT steel tubular pole, struts including cross arms, clamps etc complete and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer over the ground and making 30cm wide strip with black and yellow paint including numbering of HT/LT poles at a height of 1.5 mtr above ground level as per existing having 15mm width and 50mm bold letter complete all as specified and directed including Marking Red Stipn painting on HT Poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.
