Supply, install, test and commission factory made 63 Amps aluminium bus bar 6 way outdoor type CRCA sheet steel duly phosphatized and powder coated with 7 tank process made enclosure three phase 50 Hz AC feeder pillar box having degree of protection IP 54, door locking by panel lock and provision for pad lock, pre-wired ready to use, liberal termination space, louvers provided on both sides for proper heat dissipation, testing and commissioning of the panel complete all as per directions and specifications of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for boring underground upto 100 mm bore for road crossing 3 mtr to 10 mtr not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of electric cable and GI tubing in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for tubes, light grade, ISI marked, galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying for laying GI tubing /UG cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of Srl No 27 above but depth exc 1.5m but n. exc 3.00 mtr

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick excavated soft/loose soil in trenches after the pipe have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand filling in trenches for cushioning of HT/LT/JFC UG cable 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable including compacting after filling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm of ISI marked and E-in-C approved make all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & installation of silent CPCB approved 15 KVA TP Diesel Generating Set having diesel engine Liquid cooled, Electric start, four stroke, Three/Four cylinders cold starting, TCI Aspirated, compression ignition, totally enclosed diesel engine with electronic governor generating minimum 21 BHP @ 1500 RPM, direct coupled with 15 KVA Three Phase alternator at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor, providing Three Phase 415Volts suitable for 50 Hz, H class insulated winding, Close-direct-coupled, Self-excited and self-regulated type, screen protected, mounted on rigid MS sheet channel base-frame. The alternator shall confirm to IS: 13364, IS: 4722, BS5000, IEC: 34 and suitable for tropical condition. having fitted inside Canopy, fabricated out of 1.6 mm CRCA Sheet, cubical type, totally enclosed, Powder Coated, Control Panel and all accessories in- housed in a acoustic enclosure – sound proof canopy. Make: Cummins/ Kirloskar Green/ Powerol Mahindra & Mahindra/ Crompton Greaves.

NOTE : - (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI design. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to distrbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer; all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.

(A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 15 KVA, 21 BHP net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insualation class - 'H' ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% . v) Frequency regulation + 1%

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adquate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexiable coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts. iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven. iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of 100mm dia with MS pipe light grade upto & outside and 1meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclousre. Exhaust gas turbo charger type, Exhaust manifold, Silecer : Residual type, Bellows

iv) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by electronic governer for 1% speed /frequecy regulation. Fuel filters, Fuel hoses v) Lub oil System :- Lubricating oil filter, Lubricating oil pump vi) Air Intake System :- Air intake Manifold, Air cleaner dry type vii) Governer :- Mechanical Governer viii) Starting System :- Electric Self starter with maintenace free battary including battary charging alternator. C) Batteries :- Batteries of maintenece free of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer complete with copper conductor multistrnded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battary terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified of Make as per OEM and :- Starter gear ring, Start and stop push button, Ignition key / Switch, Handling and operation : Slient features of accessories shall be as under: Radiator with blower fan, Corrosion inhibitor coolant, Paper element filters for fuel, lub oil and by pass. mechanical governer controlled direct fuel injection system, Fly wheel housing and fly wheel.

D) Generator Monitoring Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or asper standard practice iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolent temparature indicator, Battary volt display. xi) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine. xii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexiable coupling, fly wheel to suit flexiable coupling. xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separtely mounted to manufactrer base frames. xiv) Base Frame : - Made out of ISMC 250 of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes. xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank made out of 3mm thick (10G) HR sheet top and bottom with caliberated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, fuel pump of suitable capacity complete on a common base out side the accoustic enclosure in the sub staion building. xvi) MS pipe line to and from the fuel tank to the DG Set.

E). AMF Panel :- Factory made indoor type control cubical made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with front and rear opening of 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC, 50 Hz, including powder coated, copper bus bar of one and half times the rated load of 15 KVA alternator complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multistranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity, fuses, name plates consisting of 4 pole MCCBs and contactors of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer, detachable cable gland plates, all controls, indicators and standard fittings all as follows: a) Digital Ammeter with selector switch of suitable capacity with CTs - 1 set. b) Digital Volt meter with slector switch of 0 to 500 volts - 1 Set c) Digital Frequency meter - 1 No d) Digital KW meter - 1 No e) Digital KWH meter panel mounted type - 1 No f) Digital PF meter - 1 No

g) Annuciation with indication lamps for : (i) Low lub oil pressure, (ii) High Water Temparature, (iii) Engine over speed, (iv) Battary low voltage. Controls :- a) Load on Indication, b) Load off indication, c) Engine start push button, d) Engine stop push button, e) Fault accept / reset push button f) Battary Charger : (i) Transformer, (ii) Rectifier, (iii) Restance, (iv) DC Volt meter, (v) DC Ammeter, (vi) Charger rate selector switch. F). Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC plat form and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structrure of distrubed during installtion and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.

Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. G) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 15 KVA DG Set. (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be out side the enclosure in the sub station building. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : - a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6mm thick. b) Doors :- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (64kg/Cum) vi) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit.

vii) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated plat form. ix) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. x) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings. xi) The noise level should be 75 db at 1m under free field conditions. xii) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treat ment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.
