Sewage Collection tank of capacity 10 KL of RCC of intrenal dimensions 2770mmx1950mm to be constructed including vent pipe, manhole cover with all arrangement for receiving sewage, and to receive the sewage from oil and grease tank to be constructed and placed as per the equipment layout plan complete all as specification and directed. (01 Nos) Note:- All other items which are necessary for complete construction and function of Sewage Collection tank are deemed to included in the quoted rates.

PCC plinth base of size 16x12x0.60 mtr to be constructed to place the the equipments of STP as per the equipment layout plan. Necessary slope to the plinth to be provided as per the equipment layout plan for smooth flow of the sewage. Grouting and bolting of the equipments to be done on the PCC plinth as per equipment layout plan. (01 Set) Note:- All other items which are necessary for complete construction of the PCC base are deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Material and laying for HDPE Pipe 250mm dia PE 100 PN16 of length 60.00mtr x 0.9mtr x1.5mtr including jointing the pipe with electro fusion 250mm dia coupler and including excavation, returning filling and removing the excavated soil as required for the laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed. (60 RM) Note:- All other items which are necessary for complete layout and discharge from the pipe are deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of heating system of capacity 72 KW operated on three phase electric supply 415 Volts, 50 Hz to maintain water temperature in MBBR tank complete all as specified and directed. (01 Job)

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of ultravoilet dis-infection unit. The unit shall have over 99.9% bacterial reduction from inlet to outlet. The dis-infection chamber shall be constructed of SS 316L on all welted parts. The UV lamp shall be of low pressure mercury vapour type with hard glass enclosure, the sockets shall be water tight & vibration resistant. The lamp life shall be rated for 6000 hours. INSTRUMENTATION Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following instrument complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Providing and fixing full bore type Electro-magnetic flow meter of 25 mm dia designed at maximum speed of 3-4 m/sec at the sewage inlet and outlet (02 Nos)

(b) Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of Online digital type PH meter (01 Nos)

(c) Providing and fixing of suitable size pressure gauge boudron type glycerin filled (02 Lot)

Electrical Panel- Motor Control Centre Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved Electrical Panel motor control centre fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel. Panels shall be treated with all anti-corrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system along with suitable size aluminium bus bar along with insulation, insulators and lifting hooks complete all as specified and directed along with the following :- (02 Job) Incoming :- (i) 400 amps 4P MCCB 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 35 KA - 01 Nos (ii) 0-500 volts 96 x 96 mm square electronic voltmeter with selector switch shall be protected by 2 amps TP MCB- 01 Set (iii) 0-100 volts 96 x 96 mm square electronic ammeter with selector switch and 100/5 amps 10 VA CL:1 CTs -01 Set (iv) Phase indicating lamps shall be protected by 2 amp SP MCB- 03 sets. Outgoing :- a) Required Nos of capacity TP MCB for direct on line starter/star delta starters and out going feeders to all the pumps blowers etc. (including standby). Each compartment shall contain auto/manual selector switch and indicating lamp with MCB's for 'ON/OFF/TRIP' status of motor. (ii) 32 Amps 4P MCB's -08 Nos. Note :- (i) All motor starter shall be provided with Automatic Level controller. (ii) Provision shall be made for providing potential free contacts to all pumps starter. (iii) Two number of earthings reqjired for panel deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Price of 8 x DOL starter for motors deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of Cables XLPE 95 Sqmm 4 core from nearest transformer to LT panel Conector, Cable Trays, to make Electrical Installation including excavation, removing, returning filling and including required size of cable cover for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. PHASE-II Manning and operation of STP for 3 shifts a day 24x 7 by providing skilled technician complete all as specifed and directed.
