S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry/ PCC block masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per IS 383 and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on external wall of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finsihed the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats cement base paint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats oil bound distemper over a coat pf primerincluding preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blanket any thickness including cover filllets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI frame work of size (605 x 605) mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre /nnintermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, Hangers 6 mm dia. GI. (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40 mm long including 4mm thickn non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, taking down & refixing all electric fittings, fixture and wiring complete all as specified

M&L for 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with only one side decorative face veneers fixed with nails as in wall panelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with only one side decorative face veneers fixed with nails as in ceiling works complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber framed in fillets, rails, posts rafters, purlines, etc under 40 sq cm in section all as directed.

M&L for second class softwood plain filllets, rectangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails exc 13 and n.exc 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm width teak wood lipping 6 mm thick for Patical board/block board complete fix with nail complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above gd level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-base/under flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) are of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item no. 26.00 here-in-before but in skirting over rendering 10mm thick to receive the tile in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match on 10mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20cmx20cmx25mm thick with grey pigment cement and pigment, set and jointed over and including 20 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base coarse/floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including use of formwork if any all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 1,09,900.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
