Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of chain link fencing surface and apply one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Structural Steel work in tubular/box section/angle/flat iron including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of chain link fencing made out of 4mm dia galvanized iron wire of diamond shape mesh of 75mmx75mm size, fixed to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc., with and including provision of binding wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and depth exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm coarse aggregates in sub stations/four pole structure and proper levelling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing & testing,cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 Sqmm , complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 250A Onload Changeover, 4 pole including providing necessary cable lugs of adequate size and dressing of cable as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of step down transformer 11 KV/433 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz 250 KVA outdoor type, with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side to vary secondary voltage upto 7.5% in step (+ or -) 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes both on HT to receive 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE cable and on low voltage side to accomodate XLPE cable of suitable size complete in all respect with standard accessories and fitment confirming to IS:1180 Part-I of 2014 and BEE certified Primary side Delta and secondary side Star. The sailent feature of transformer shall be as follows:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled copper wound,winding core type MS radiator cooled tank complete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS:335 of 1980 with cooling system.The temperature of oil shall not rise more than 50 degree centigrade to amient temp and 55 degree centigrade of winding.Transformer shall be painted with two coat of epoxy paint as per IS-632. (b) Transformer shall be provided with the followings:- (i) Rating and diagram plate. (ii) Earthing terminals 2 Nos. (iii) Lifting lugs. (iv) Thermometer pocket. (v) Air release hole with plug. (vi) Tap changer with locking provision. (vii) Oil temperature indicator.

Supply and fixing/erecting in true vertical position, steel tubular pole, swaged, type 410-SP-55 (11.0m long), HT, complete with cast iron base plate of size 400mm x 400mm and thickness 5mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and painting upto 1.5 metre above PCC benching of poles in black & white strips 05 Nos each complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145mm high and 255mm dia, ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000volts, fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: GI strip & GI pipe beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour,HT Cable route indicator round writing HT Cable with back side welded flat iron including PCC block 30 x 30 x 20 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT) XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Returning filling earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, of 150mm height and 150mm dia, for working pressure 11000volts grade, fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: GI wire & GI pipe beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation ,commissioning and testing Servo controlled Voltage stabilizer of capacity 200 KVA, confirming to BIS 9815 Part-I:1994 3 phase 50Hz naturally oil cooled indoor unbalanced type copper wound digital display voltmeter/ammeter type , relay pre smooth and silent operation with first fill of transformer oil (IS 335 of 1993) having specifications, designed for input voltage variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second for single plate and 20 volts per second for phase to phase, no load losses less than 0.5%, full load losses less than 2.5 % duty cycle continuous 24x7,efficiency more than 95% with protection of overload/short circuit protection ,High/low voltage cut off by pass arrangement in case of emergency , single phase sequence change protection.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of step down transformer 11 KV/433 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz 100 KVA outdoor type, with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side to vary secondary voltage upto 7.5% in step (+ or -) 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes both on HT to receive 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE cable and on low voltage side to accomodate XLPE cable of suitable size complete in all respect with standard accessories and fitment confirming to IS:1180 Part-I of 2014 and BEE certified Primary side Delta and secondary side Star. Supplying and fixing out door, triple pole, gang operated switch single bank, tilting type suitable to vertical/horizontal mounting consisting of hot dipped electro plated galvanised channel iron base with drop out fuse having 15 Nos insulators 11 KV, copper/copper alloy tinned contacts, copper or chromium plated MS arcing chains capable of making and breakign the magnetising current complete with horizonatal bar, GI pipe as down level coupling and operating handle with locking arrangements and drop out fuzes working voltage 11000 volts 400 Amps including testing complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping to parapet walls, electric poles etc., weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered including use waste and necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, for transformer platform made out of rubble stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 with 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 nominal mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate with rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary excavation, removal, returning and cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation including chain link fence with gate complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, jointing & testing,cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrinkable type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 Sqmm , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc 5 cm long and 16 to 20 mm dia of neck. and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc 5 cm long and 16 to 20 mm dia of neck.

Supply, jointing & testing, straight through cold shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11KV grade (earthed), HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core 95 Sqmm size cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, in replacement, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial Item No. 8.00 here-in-before but cross sectional area 70Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum.
