Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size10 Sq mm 2 core in trenches/ ducts complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size16 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, getting out in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable of poles etc any size at places complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 6.00 above but excavation depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Returning filing in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of send shall be 23 cm) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other at site complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 95 Sqmm or, 75 sqmm (2 CKT)/150 Sqmm (or 95 Sqmm (or,185 Sqmm (2CKT) ,cable 11KV grade XLPE insulated stranded conductor FRLS type complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 33 KV Polymeric Composite disk insulator 36KV ,Min failing load 70N Lighting Impluse 170 KV Positive and 180 KV Negative distance 900 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 33KV polymeric composit pin insulators 36KV ,10KN,lighting Impluse 170KV positive and 180KV Negative creepage distance 900mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- (Each line wire to be measured)

M&L of GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia galvanised with all fitting to be laid in trench/wall/pole for the protection of cable under road/poles/wall/floor etc complete and PCC path Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for stay assemby complete with accessories such as stay plate 230mmx230mmx6mm, stay rod 180cm long 16mm dia with nuts including GI bow, turn buckle etc. all as per electrical plate No. 01 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- (loop type insulator, stay strands, excavation, PCC will be measured & paid separately)

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in pole/stay/ plinth etc in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for 3 Phase (4 Wire) complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement pin type insulator, polimer vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for shackle type, polimer, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanized mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts of size 75mm height and 90mm dia size of strap 31x3mm and dia of bolts 12mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and erection in replacement truely vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, with black and white strips 30 cm each starting with black strip upto 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for loop type insulator, vitreous polimer, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size for OH line including stretching, binding with aluminium binding wire, jumpers, line taps etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stays foundation and platform for transformer installation complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for jointing and testing of straight through termination joint (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3.5 core 11 KV(Earthed) underground XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm including taking down existing unserviceable joint complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for Open the cover of transformer any type/size on site and filling in with new transformer oil low viscosity of approved make as per IS-335 of 1992 including heating of oil and die-electric strength 70 KV when tested at 4mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass and protected by light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing making test point and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 24,242.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
