Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of GE

S&F sheet glass 4.8 mm thick oridinary quality and glazing with rubber packing to sliding windows in square exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F frosted sheet glass 4.8 mm thick oridinary quality and glazing with rubber packing to sliding windows in square exceeding 0.51 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all height with GRG (Glass fiber reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texure, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm inculding both sides) comprising of maint runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15*32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15*32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600*600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanized @ 80 grams per sqm) ie 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x 2mm Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws including dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp,insulation,etc.) or insulation boards /slabs/blankets,any thickness including cover fillets The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 2nd class soft-wood Plain fillets,of sectional area exc 13 & n exc 25 Sq.cm square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs for readymade soft wood wall panelling in strips of 100mm width 9-10mm thickness having tongue and groove fixing arrangement fixed to wooden frame work as per manufacturer instruction of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HDF based laminated wooden flooring planks of size 1.20m x 0.198m x 8 mm thick non glue laminated flooring including 0.6mm PE poly moisture foam as underlay barrier with overlapping 20cm, fixed with adhesive tape. Boarding fixed in floating manner based on tongue and groove interlocking arrangement of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Stainless steel, chromium plated curtain rails with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic voltage stabilizer, copper winding for automatic operation, single phase Mainline automatic stabilizer naturally air cooled, indoor type, for input voltage variation between 180 V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy + 1% and speed of correction 10-15 volts per second and of capacity 2 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. M&L for sub main wiring with two run (for Phase & Neutral) of 6.0 Sqmm FRLS PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 4.0 sqmm drawn through & including PVC casing caping/PVC Conduit whichever suitable at site, complete all as specified. Note: Copper conductor two run and one run of copper earth wire along with casing caping/ conduit shall be measured as one length.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground ( Earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected and including copper strip 20 mm x 3mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of Brazing,GI bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers earth plates surrounded by packed layers of coal dust earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20 mm bore of GI pipe ,light grade all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR part –I testing on completion including PCC (1:2: 4) pit cover and PCC chamber in PCC 1:3 :6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 m complete all as specified.

Material and labour for air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long screwed properly on copper strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hax. head screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F copper strip 20x3mm fixed on suitable size porcelain insulator and screws/nuts/washers for roof conductor or down conductor above ground on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe ,medium grade 40mm dia bore for installation of air termination rod all as required and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete cast in situ 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for pole foundation & coping /panel/foundation /chain link fencing, the top surface shall be smooth by using extra cement slurry including usage and wastage of form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for chemical Earthing Antifreeze Box Type light weight GI/SS horizontal electrode buried designed for use in any type of soil condition. Each electrode is designed inbox shape using GI 2mm thick plates of 600x450mmx100mm as outers of the box. (i) Operating Temperature 30 to +70 Degree without loosing its property and effectiveness. (ii) Earthing is to be provided with anti-freeze gel. (iii) Two 50 mm sockets are to be placed on top with removable caps and two handles to facilitate handling. The inner space between plates is to be filled with about 28 KG of Specialized ASEM-GB an extremely low resistivity (0.05 ohm/m & below) (High Conductivity) hygroscopic, Slurry stable material. The material is filled in the electrode in very thick slurry form made with Anti- Freeze Gel. After flling the high conductive ASEM-GB in the box both the sockets are crapped and closed. (iv) A Copper terminal 200x40X6 mm is to be fixed along the center protruding on the socket center for necessary connection/bonding. (v) A 1.5 mtr length of PVC insulated 50 sq mm Copper Flexible cable/Bare Cablel Strip is provided with each electrode for necessary connection to Distribution Box or bonding between two electrodes. One galvanized iron sheet junction/ Distribution Box is to be provided with every Three electrodes. (vi) A pit of 650x600mmx150mm with depth of 2.0-3.0 Feet is required extra 25 KG of ASEM-GB laid outside in Slurry form to achieve better or Persistent results.

Material and labour for point wiring for one exhaust fan controlled by one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unseathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through and inciuding rgid non metalic PVC concealed conduit (medium grade) of suitable dia along with 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in and including pressed steel sunken boxes, readily available (Having wall thickness not less than 1.22 mm for boxes upto a size of 200 mmX300 mm and beyond that the wall thickness shall be not less than 1.63 mm) concealed type with 3mm thick bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including testing on completion complete including cuting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Switch piano flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminals 240 volts complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300m, heavy duty motor with die-cast aluminiun rotor mounted on two ball bearings complete with louvers and shutters including connecting electrically using 3 core 0.75 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable over all sheathed all as required at site and as directed. Make: Havells/ Bajaj /Crompton /orient as approved by GE.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250m, heavy duty motor with die-cast aluminiun rotor mounted on two ball bearings complete with louvers and shutters including connecting electrically using 3 core 0.75 Sq mm PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable over all sheathed all as required at site and as directed. Make: Havells/ Bajaj /Crompton /orient as approved by GE.

Material and Labour for dismantling of existing surface as suitable for fixing of exhaust fan, resurfacing the same after the installation and making good of surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring in steel conduit unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS for one light /fan point controlled by one flame proof switch including continuouse earth continuity copper earth wire of same size connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed Note: (a) wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding.

All as per item No 29 here-in-above but using 2.5 sqmm wire for 15 Amps flame proof socket

S&F flame proof switch socket & plug combination in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16 Amps, 250 volts, 2P + earth.

S&F Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16 Amps, single pole 250 volts etc, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sudhir Switchgears or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F Ceiling rose 3 terminal size 50x65mm surface type 230 volts etc, complete all as specified and directed.
