Taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar box and supply and fixing powder coated feeder pillar box made with CRCA sheet of suitable size with incommer MCCB of capacity 100 Amps, 25 KA, 4 Pole, 415V , with 4 Nos aluminium bus bar strip along with 14 Nos MCB SPN 63 Amps, 240 Volts, C curve type with Din rail for mounting and necessary wiring for MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar box and supply and fixing powder coated pillar box made with CRCA sheet of suitable size with incommer MCCB of capacity 63 Amps, 16 KA, 4 Pole 415V , with 4 Nos aluminium bus bar strip along with 14 Nos MCB SPN 63 Amps, 240 Volts, C type with Din rail for moounting and necessary wiring for MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade of size 80 mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade of size 50 mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode 900mm x 600mm x5mm burried directly in ground vetically to a depth not less than 4.70 mtr below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.60 mtrs below ground level ) connected to copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper/ brass bolts nuts checknuts, and washers besides brazing ( copper strip shall be 0.5 M overlaped with copper plate by brazing) at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil earth, GI pipe medium grade 50 mm bore for protection of copper strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point of galvanised Iron/steel , adequate quality of charcoal dust, common salt and magnesium sulphate in alternate layers of 100 mm thick x 6 layers all around the plate, and RCC cover of size 54cmx54cmx50 mm (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, GI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed. Note - 1. Cost of copper strip and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5m shall be included in quated rate of above Items. 2. On testing, after completion of job, if desired earth resistence is not found i.e. below 1.00 Ohms, the earthing shall be redone and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account.

Material & labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. of size 25x3 mm aluminium strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation ,testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed, (CPRI approved) factory made and made out of 3 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of copper of suitable size for capacity 600 Amps 3 Phase and Neutral 415 Volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulators with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge including fallowing accessories:- a) MCCB 400 Amps Cap 4 Pole 36 KA 415 - 1 No for( I/C) b) Change over switch open execution type 160 Amp 4 pole - 01 No c) MCCB 200 Amp cap 3 pole 25 KA 415 Volts - 1 Nos d) MCCB 100 Amp cap 3 pole 16 KA 415 Volts - 3 Nos e) Digital Volt meter with selector switch(0-500V) - 02 Set f) Digital Amp meter with selector switch with necessary CT (0-500A) - 02 Set g) LED indicating lamp - 02 Set Note : (i) The rates deemed to be inclusive of suitable size copper wirinng/copper strips from Main I/C MCCBs to Change over switch, Change over switch to Main Bus bar and Bus Bar to Outgoing MCCBs. (ii) The design of Panel, Make of complete accessories and drawing of the LT Panel shall be submitted by the contractor for prior approval by the GE before order and execution at site.
