The bidder should have prior work experience. For contractors one class below the eligible class, they should have previously completed similar works satisfactorily. The required experience includes having completed two works costing not less than Rs 7.50 Crores each, or one work costing not less than Rs 12.00 Crores. The average annual turnover for two consecutive years should not be less than Rs 12.00 Crores. The value of previously completed works should be enhanced at 5% per year. Details of three highest valued similar nature of works executed and completed should be provided. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the number of MES enlisted contractors of eligible class as well as un-enlisted contractors, if any, fulfilling the other eligibility criteria, should be 7 (Seven) or more. In terms of qualified tradesmen, the contractor should employ skilled/semi-skilled tradesmen who are qualified and possessing a certificate in a particular trade, and the number of such qualified tradesmen should not be less than 25% of the total skilled/semi-skilled tradesmen required in each trade.
