Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on surface XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of under mentioned sizes :-

(a) 35 Sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 25 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

M& L in replacement of GI Pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia for cable protecton in road crossing and making good surface of road by filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per item Ser No 8 above, but of Size 80 mm dia.

Horizontal boring in soft/loose soil/under roads of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe up to 100mm bore for passing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for installing, testing and commissioning of factry made bus bar chanber comprising of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp rating supported on insulator and enclosed with sheet steel enclosure out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, with top edge tappered, dust and vermin proof , having locking arrangement at front and opening arrangement from front & rear both including fixing arrangement on pole/gorunting in floor, with colour coded FRP with compression cable glands for entry & exit of cables, powder coated all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Installation, testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed, (CPRI approved) factory made and made out of 3 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of copper of suitable size for capacity 600 Amps 3 Phase and Neutral 415 Volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulators with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge including fallowing accessories:- a) MCCB 400 Amps Cap 4 Pole 36 KA 415 Volts - 1 No for( I/C) b) Change over switch open execution type 200 Amp 4 pole - 01 No c) MCCB 200 Amp cap 3 pole 25 KA 415 Volts - 1 No d) MCCB 100 Amp cap 3 pole 16 KA 415 Volts - 3 Nos e) Digital Volt meter with sellector switch(0-500V) - 02 Set f) Digital Amp meter with sellector switch with necessary CT (0-500A) - 02 Set g) LED indicating lamp - 02 Set Note : (i) The Make of Change over and MCCB considered are Havells/Standard/Indo Asian/HPL (ii) The rates deemed to be inclusive of suitable size copper wiring/copper strips from Main I/C MCCBs to Change over switch, Change over switch to Main Bus bar and Bus Bar to Outgoing MCCBs complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The design of Panel, Make of complete accessories and drawing of the LT Panel should be submitted by the Contractor for pre-approval from the Engineer-in-charge before order and execution at site.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket and power point) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulators, socket etc and removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors/ceiling to match the existing surface all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal area of copper conductor multi stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts cable drawn through & including PVC Casing & caping with standard accessories such as elbows, tees, junctions etc. and PVC moulded terminal box with top cover of including PVC insulated unsheathed solid 1.5Sqmm copper conductor cable as continuous earth lead all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a)   One light/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch

(b) One 3 pin switch socket combination 5 Amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

(c) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

(d)   One bell point controlled by one bell push switch

All as item No 14 above, but using cable 2.5 Sq mm size but using cable 2.5 Sq mm size for 3 pin socket out let 15 Amp on independent board.

Supply and fixing in replacement Air circulator made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers, shutter, voltage 230 volt, 50 Htz RPM 1200, copper winding of sweep 250 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing leadby means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces.

M & L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required in PVC casing Caping wire size 2x4.0 sq. mm + 1x4 sq. mm earth wire complete all as specified

S & F in replacement of old U/S decorative durable LED batten fitting of 18/20W , 4 feet long with decorative and caps, powder coated CRCA decorative for LED tube of any capacity, 4 feet long (white colour) tube having driver ,connector block etc complete with all accessories prewired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 Sqmm 3 core all as required at site or directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in replacement of Old U/S Lamp LED 7/9 Watt, 230 volts 50 Hz AC complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of electrical bell (multi music type), AC, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of electrical bell push flush type 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in replacement of Old U/S fancy light of any type and supply amd fix New LED fancy light 7/9 Watt, 230 volts 50 Hz AC complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 170 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equiped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
