Hot Water CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS: Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of Flow: 20 USGPM, Head: 10 meter (Circuit: Hot Water Generator : Storage Tank) Horizontal/Vertical in line axial Split Coupled PN 16 centrifugal pumps complete with CED coating, externally flushed outside type balanced Mechanical Seal and non overloading motor, as per specifications and drawings.suitable HP, TEFC permanent magnet motor with Efficiency IE3, class ‘F’ insulation operating on 415 + 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC supply for each pump. The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a fluid temperature of -45 Degree Celcius to 120 Degree Celcius. Vendor shall be provide antivibration arrangement for pumps. Pre - insulated PPR pipe as IS:4984 having thickness of PUF insulation 36 mm of density 36 Kg/Cum and 26 gauge GI cladding complete suitable for in side building above ground / underground / wall mounted of following sizes. The pipes should be insulated with closed cell puf of density 36 ± 2 Kg/Cum of under mentioned thickness. The Pipe should be workable in the temp. range of -50 Degree Celcius to 100 Degree Celcius. CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM

Electric Hot Water Generator : - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of package type electric Hot Water generator constructed out of MS sheet having easy access and removal of heaters. The HWG shall be suitable for indoor mounting. The generator shall be provided with 50mm thick fibre glass insulation 32 kg density finished with 0.8mm / 22G aluminium cladding sheet. The generator shall have electrical capacity of 300 KW. The heater shall be electrical resistance type, copper tube with chromium plating. The generator shall be complete with float valve, pressure gauge with ball valve, master and bank thermostats, as recommended by OEM. The generator shall be suitable for 3 phase, 415+ 10% Volts, 50 Hz. AC supply. The generator shall complete with self-contained incoming isolation, ammeter, voltmeter, contactors for heater banks in three steps complete with manual / auto rotary switches control and compatability, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) All neccassary accessories required for the proper fucntioning of Hot Water Genearator shall be included in price. (b) The prices should include lifting, shifting and positioning of units at Site. GLYCOL CIRCULATION CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS :- Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of Vertical in line axial Split Coupled PN 16 centrifugal pumps Flow : 125 USGPM, Head: 35 meter complete with CED coating, externally flushed outside type balanced Mechanical Seal and non overloading motor, as per specifications and drawings.suitable HP, TEFC permanent magnet motor with Efficiency IE5, class ‘F’ insulation operating on 415 + 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles AC supply for each pump. Pump should be provided with motor mounted IP55 integrated VFD for sensorless/wireless control( 2 nos of wireless DPTs should be considered for wireless control across the load). Pump mounted VFD must display dynamic frequency, amps, volts, real time flow and head of operating pump.The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a fluid temperature of -45 Degree Celcius to 120 Degree Celcius. Vendor shall be provide antivibration arrangement for pumps . Suction Guides to be provided by the pump manufacturer for the unit responsibility. Fluid : Glycol 55%, Water 45%. (ii) 25 mm thick polyviny nitrile rubber insulation duly cladded between aluminium sheets of 0.5mm thickness and properly clamped to pump. (iii) 150 mm dia type pressure gauges - 3 Nos. (iv) Mounting frame with antivibration pads (In case pumps are inline, anti vibration system shall be as per Manufacturers recommendation) (v) RCC/Cement concrete foundation for the pump unit. EXPANSION TANK AND PRESSURIZATION UNIT :- Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of INSULATED PRESSURISED CLOSED WATER EXPANSION TANK of capacity Expansion Tank of 500 Litre suitable for total volume of Glycol - Water Solution, circuit along with necessary accessories such as 2 Nos pumps with Control Panel and accessories (1 x working +1 x standby) with Pressure Transmitter and interconnecting Pipe & Isolating Valve complete with piping connections, safety relief valve, drain valve, pressure gauge, automatic air purging arrangement, etc. The tank shall be pre-charged. Expansion tank Shall be with replaceable heavy duty butyl rubber bladder. The tank connection's should be as per OEM recommendations and 20 mm drain and charging valve connection to facilitate the on site charging of nitrogen in the tank. The tank shall be fitted with lifting rings and a floor mounting skirt for vertical installation. The tank must be constructed in accordance with IS-STANDARD 2825-1969 (with lates Revision) and Rated at PN 16 and ASME Stamped. The complete system shall be sourced from single manufacturer and supplied and installed with all accessories and safety fixtures required for proper functioning of the complete hydronic system. The tank shall be duly painted in approved colour shall be complete with pressure switches and power distribution and control panel IP55 Control Panel, Pressure Transmitter, interconnecting piping & wiring. (Tank capacity 500 Ltrs). Hot Glycol - Water closed vessel pressurized expansion tank as described above shall be duly Insulated with 50 mm thick PUF/Nitrile Rubber insulating material or Equivalent U value Insulating Material and cladded with aluminium Sheet (20G), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

MAKE UP TANK :- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Make up Water Tank of capacity 550 litre for Pocket 1, Rectangular/Circular MS (IS 2062) construction with inlet, outlet, overflow, drain and vent with flame arrestor, tank will be made out of 4 mm thick MS sheet with supporting made out of minimum 50mm NB class 'B' pipe to keep tank base at minimum (1000mm) above FFL service platform shall be provided. The tank shall be provided with remote indication and level provided with remote indications and level switches for on-off operation of tranfer pump. Extra high level and extra low level alarm shall be provided. Tank and structure shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make UpWater tank as described above should be duly Insulated with 50 mm thick PUF/Nitrile Rubber insulating material and cladded with aluminium Sheet (20G), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ceiling Suspended Fan Coil Unit complete with G.I. casing with bottom return Air Plenum (5mm PE insulation) or as per site requirement, Filter box with 8mm Nylon Filter, 3/4 Row Deep cooling coil with coper tube diameter is 9.52 mm and thickness 0.33 mm with hydrophilic Aluminium fins. An air vent in the coil must be provided. Complete coil must be designed for standard working pressure is 1.6 MPa (16bar) and the test pressure is 3.3MPa (33bar). Unit to be provided with SS drain pan with 5mm/10 mm PE insulation/OEM designed as required . Direct driven fan (three speed) motor/OEM Designed, operated on 230 volts, single phase, 50Hz, AC supply. Unit to be provided with electronic Thermostat having LCD and touch button. It has to based on microprocessor operations which can realize intelligent control of room temperature. ESP for the Fan Coil Unit be as per mentioned below, Else Specified. The Capacity calculation sheet for Heating application of unit should be in Line with ASHRAE/ Eurovent Standard for Fan Coil and to be approved by Consultant/Eurovent or ASHRAE Certified. OEM Should supply the capacity rating at all three speeds with as per required paramters of Site. The Cut outs to be made in ceiling as per the Machine for the Servicing purpose/Trape Door should be included in the price.Minimum Capacity at Hot Water Inlet : 60 Degree Celcius and Hot Water Outlet: 50 degree Celcius should be as follows :-

(i) Unit to be provided with electronic Thermostat having LCD and touch button and 2 Way Valve. It has to based on microprocessor operations which can realize intelligent control of room temperature. It shall also have RS485 Modbus communication function or Bacnet for BMS control. (ii) Unit to be installed with Ball Valve/Butterfly Valve at Inlet and Oulet as per Pipe Diameter and Auto Air vent. Supplying of Ethylene glycol concentrate along with the necessary additives and inhibitor in cognition in sealed barrels complete all as directed. External Water Supply

External Electric Supply

Providing tracer / antifreezing cable required to keep the pipe warm to avoid freezing of GI and DI pipe , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of new brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 600x600x900mm (Internal size) with 230 mm thick brick wall in CM (1:4), 15mm plastering on internal & external surfaces in CM (1:4), 75mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including MS sheet cover 3mm thick hinged with 40x40x6mm MS angle iron frame having locking arragements. Cover is painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxied primer including necessary earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and deposited, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
