NOTE: The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of cast iron pipes 100mm/75mm bore pipes by roddimg with jute bags and well flushing after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of floor traps and removing waste material to a distance n.exc 50m and burying in pits and covering the pits with excavated earth complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of water closet blocks and removing waste material to a distance n.exc 50m and burying in pits and covering the pits with excavated earth complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:1. The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 2. The complaint shall be cleared with in 24 hrs after intimation to contractor if not then recovery @ Rs 300.00 per each compplaint shall be levied on contractor

M&L for cleaning of man holes n.exc 1.5m deep and removing sludge/waste material to distance n.exc 50m and burying in pits and covering the pits with excavated earth complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of man holes exceeding 1.5m deep and n.exc 3.0m deep and removing sludge/waste material to distance n.exc 50m and burying in pits and covering the pits with excavated earth complete all as spfd and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: The cost for excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cleaning of septic tanks and soakage wells/pit any position (any capacity) at various location/ unit under AGE B/R II by desludging sludge and removing of soil/silt/grit/ sludge waste material etc.through sewer suction machine( Honey sucker truck, minimum capacity of 6000 ltrs ) including cost of fuel, lubricant, driver and co-driver, safaiwala required as per site requirement alongwith honey sucker vehicle and disposal of faecal sludge out side of defence land at place where decided by Leh, Municipal Copn authority. Note :- Specification of sewer suction machine :- Minimum Capacity 6000 Ltrs, Type chasis mounted with hydralic facility, suction head maximum 10 Mtr Responsiblity of Bidder :- (i) The successful bidder should be Liaise with Leh, Municipal authority and shall take written permission for disposal of faecal sludge/soil . No extra cost will be provided for same. OR Bidder must have own/ lease land /plot register from UT Leh, and obtain permission / NOC from Leh, Municipal authority for disposal of faecal sludge/soil at his land. Same shall be submit to the department before start the work. No extra cost will be provided for same. (ii) Bidder/Owner shall send driver and safaiwala to take compaint slip along with separate register at office of AGE B/R-II daily including sunday and holidays or any time as per requirement to operate honey sucker machine and they will follow direction of Engr -in-charge. For each load shall be of 6000 Ltrs faecal sludge

M & L fo construction of Soakage well of 3.0 mtr internal dia at top and min 1.80 mtr dia at bottom having min 2.45 mtr height of 380mm thick random rubble uncoarsed stone masonary wall in CM 1 :6 with 150mm thick PCC 1 : 4 :8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) below stone masonary at bottom and RCC slab using design mix M-25 with reinforcement 10mm dia bars @ 150mm C/C bothways cranked at 1/4 th of span including arrangement for manhole opening and manhole cover, inlet for 100 /150mm dia pipe and rest all as sfd as per Drg No CESZ/TD-1078/2011 sheet 1/1 Note :- The rate including excavation in hard/dense soil and construction of soakage well as per drg, connection of inlet pipe, 100 mm dia PVC vent pipe with cowl, returning filling and removing of surplus soil to a distance exc 50 mtr but n.exc 100 mtr from site.

S&F, 150mm dia bore (inner dia) double wall corrugated HDPE Pipe (SN-8) in any length including all fittings and jointing with eastomeric rubber link and cuppler /other jointing materials laid in trenches are in floors, including demolition and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and removal of rubbish materialoutside MD land, complete all as sfd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F, 200mm dia bore (inner dia) double wall corrugated HDPE Pipe (SN-8) in any length including all fittings and jointing with eastomeric rubber link and cuppler /other jointing materials laid in trenches are in floors, including demolition and breaking up 200mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and removal of rubbish materialoutside MD land, complete all as sfd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&Fsingle piece WC with UF soft close seat cover (fixed in repair), hinges, fixing accessories set and cistern fitings of size 390x710x720, Cat No. VGS-WHT-81851SN of make Jaquar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling CGI sheets any gauge and thickness as in covering of soakage wells / pits/ roof etc

S&F 0.63 mm thick corrugated galvanised steel sheeting with two side corrugations side lap fixed with coach screws to wooden ballies

Fixing only 0.63 mm thick corrugated galvanised steel sheeting with two side corrugations side lap fixed with coach screws to wooden ballie.

Dismantling wooden ballies of any description in any position except posts or struts etc

S&F wooden ballies laid and fixed as directed by Engg-in-charge conforming to class III

Refixing old ballies obtained from dismantling under srl item no 18.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to 150mm bore of drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to 200mm bore of drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, 200mm bore, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing at alevel n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing pre cast reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match and use of necessary formwork including demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match (Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) incl 10mm thck screed bed below tile for dado/skirting CM 1:4, including dismantling wall tiling in cement mortar bedding (but not backing) ,removing servicable one to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-)76335.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
