The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of similar works, with a minimum value calculated based on a formula involving the number of years prescribed for completion of the works and the value of existing commitments and on-going works. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last five years, with details to be provided. Specifically, the bidder should have successfully completed Civil Buildings work individually costing not less than 33% of the advertised cost during the last 03 years. The bidder should have substantially completed at least one similar nature of work with a minimum value of work of at least 20% of the tender value during the last 05 years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder's experience in executing road works under Capex/SDP/State Sector in the originally stipulated completion period is also considered, with the financial turnover achieved on account of execution of road works under PWD UT LADAKH counted as 120% for the purpose of this sub-clause. The bidder should provide a total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. The available bid capacity of the bidder will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent a year. The bidder should also demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. For Joint Venture firms, the lead partner shall meet not less than 50% of qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners shall meet not less than 25% of all the criteria. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 33% of the advertised cost for Civil Buildings work - 20% of the tender value for similar nature of work - 120% for the financial turnover achieved on account of execution of road works under PWD UT LADAKH - 50% of qualification criteria for the lead partner in Joint Venture firms - 25% of all the criteria for each of the remaining partners in Joint Venture firms - 30% erosion limit on net worth - 10% credit facility mentioned in the sample bank certificate - 8 percent a year for updating the available bid capacity.
