The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the estimated cost of the project. For projects above Rs. 50 Crs, the bidder should have one Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 08 years of experience in Highway construction or bridge construction, including a minimum of 03 years of experience as a Project Manager. Alternatively, one Diploma holder with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Highway construction or bridge construction. For projects below Rs. 50 Crs and above Rs. 10 Cr, the bidder should have one Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 03 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 3 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. Or, one Diploma holder with a minimum of 06 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 06 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. For projects below Rs. 10 Cr, the bidder should have one Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 3 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. Alternatively, one Diploma holder with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Highway construction for road projects or minimum 6 years of experience in bridge construction for Bridge construction projects. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works with the following values and percentages: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work. - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. The similar works should have been completed in the last seven and current financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are 90% completed.
