The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last seven years. The similar experience can be demonstrated by completing one or more of the following: * One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1,78,88,723/- (80% of PAC) * Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1,11,80,452/- (50% of PAC) * Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.89,44,361/- (40% of PAC) The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. "Similar Experience" shall mean a project for Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Centralized Medical Gas Pipeline components. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover on works of at least 30% of the PAC (i.e., Rs. 67,08,271/-) of the work during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 2022-23, which is Rs. 20,12,481.30. The bidder is also required to submit a solvency certificate for a sum of at least Rs. 89,44,361/- (40% of PAC) and achieve a minimum local content target of 50% as per the Make in India Policy and its Guidelines.
