Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304, SCH 40, matt finish) railing made of hollow tubes of approved guage and diameter as specified in drawing, Includng welding,grinding,buffing and polishing after cutting the hand rail and reinstating the same after the height raising work of the existing fire escape stair hand rails in all heights (basement to terrace floor )as per the drawing(attached) and direction from the Engineer-in-charge. The rate inclusive of all the cost of materials to site, labour charges,hire and labour for scaffolding(if needed), etc. complete.(For payment purpose, only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered.) with all necessary fittings including bend & connections.

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow G.I tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ceiling/floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
