a) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with l:2:4 Concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sqmtr with reiforcement for RCC works, bend tied and placed in position (plain grill requiring bend cold ) using for steel including form ,work for reinforcedcement concrete and excavation of soil including neat banking.Footting size :1200*1200*200 and column size 650*650*900 b)Erecrion and commissioning of the above high mast with the help ofcrane/derrick and other suitable equipment and wiring of luminaries with wiring materials

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150W LED flood light luminaire with extruded aluminium heat sink pressure die cast aluminium cover on both side for holding of extruded aluminium heat sink and with voltage range ( l40 - 270 AC). The luminaire shall be minimum IP 66 Protected. 105 lm/w. LED Driver efficiency should be greater than 105 %o with colour temperature should be greater than 5700K range. Inbuilt-surge protection 10kv and power factor 0.95 with THD less than l0%. (MR)

Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using 1.60 mm CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement. wiith frotr and rear access facility. bus bar chambers. hinged doors ror all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut_outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection at", detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable aley, painting the assembly with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments should be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions,folding, shrouding etc. including control wiring

Supply and fixing the following types of beeding along the periphery of doors/ other detachable comparrments to make the panel assembly dust & vermin proof including sticking with glue A' section neoprene beeding suitable for 1.60/ 2.00 mm sheet

Fabrication, supply, conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board using suitable size angle iron cut and welded to shape including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, bolting the frame to the panel using required bolt and nuts, fixing the whole to the wall,making good the damages etc. as required.

Supply and fixing the following accessories in the existing meter board and giving connections etc.

(a) Supply 12Mtr High Mast system with its accessories . Mast shaft shall be in one or two section, Galvanisation of single hot dipped, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875, Head frame assembly 2point suspention system with steel wire rope 5mm dia (7/19 construction) and double drum winching system arrangement conforming to IS with galvanised lantern carriage suitable for accommodating 6nos flood light luminaires symmetrically and its control gear box and lightining spike.
