Construction of leach pit of size 120 cm dia. & 200 cm deep. Including earth work excavation in all types of soils with all lead and lift, masonry in country bricks 23 cm thick steining, in cement mortar 1:6 mix, vertical joints left free (staggered), top and bottom 30cm in cement mortar 1:6 mix, plastering with cement mortar 1:6 top portion, providing precast RCC cover slab of 75mm thick, supplying and fixing in AC vent pipe of 100mm dia, with vent cowl, connecting the waste pipe to the leach pit, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in-charge, with all labour and materials including cost of cement and reinforcement steel ( All labour and materials by the Tenderer / Contractor only )

Providing precast Reinforced cement concrete jali of approved design with 1:2:4 mix 05 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 stone chips 12.5mm nominal size) and fixing in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing complete including the cost of reinforcement steel, cement and of plastering of jambs, sills and soffits, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. ( All labour and materials by the Tenderer / Contractor only )

Providing and fixing 75mm dia PVC soil, waste and vent pipes including jointing and cost of spun yarn and sand etc. complete ( All labour and materials by the Tenderer / Contractor only )

Transportation &Laying / clamping / threading of 4 Core XLPE cable (Size up to & 01 Including 70 Sq.mm) through trench, Cable protection pipe, Wall/shelters, FOB, etc as directed at site, with suitable clamps, Aluminium sockets, etc., Note: - Cable will be supplied by Railway from the Office of SSE/Electrical In-Charge of the work.

Supply at site and fixing of Transparent/Opaque type Poly carbonate box similar to model No.Mi 0100/Mi 0101 fitted with the followings 1) 63A 4 Way connector - 1Nos.

Supply at site and fixing of Transparent/Opaque type Poly carbonate box with hinges similar to model No.Mi 0220/Mi 0221 fitted with the followings 1) 100A 4 Way connector - 1Nos.

Supply and laying /fixing of HDPE pipe 50mm dia pressure rating up to 4PN (Material 04 Grade-PE 63) in the excavated cable trench/building wall/FOB etc.., With suitable GI fixing hardware like T-Joints, L-Joints, shall be used at appropriate locations. So that cable can be easily inserted and removed wherever need arises

End termination using single brass compression gland of Size from 4 core 16 Sq.mm 05 up to & Including 4 Core 25 Sq.mm with required aluminium sockets, etc.., Note:- 1) Scope of work including supply ad Fixing of said glands 2) PVC type glands may be used for cable termination in the poly carbonate box as directed by site engineer incharge.

Excavation of cable trench in all kinds of soil up to a depth of 1.0 Mtr. & width of 0.3 07 Mtr duly clearing the roots of trees etc. and refilling with the excavated soil upto normal level. Depth and Width can be varied based on site Condition as directed by site engineers in charge. Concerned Measurement will be taken in Cubic meters.

DP 08 ELCB-30mA, 25Amps - 1Nos. Out Going SP MCB of 6A-32A - 4 Nos. of as outgoing including internal wiring connection, with earthing / neutral link, din channel complete with all accessories. Copper lugs shall be used for termination of wire in MCB'S and Aluminium sockets for cables termination and plastering and finishing to original level as directed by Engineer In charge. The above includes reconstruction of the area of granite / marble / kadappa stone / cement concrete etc.., to bring back to the original condition duly providing granite / marble / kadappa stone / cement concrete etc.., duly making interconnection between electrical equipment and earth electrode using 6SWG GI earth wire.
