SW I- Preparation of Plan 1 Collection of FM Sketches, Block Sketches, Supplementary Sketches and LA Sketches from Spl. Thahasildar Office (LA) as required and digitalising the same in AUTOCAD to scale, marking chainages at every 50m interval in accordance with the hectometer post already planted, identifying existing railway boundary at UP and DN line sides, picking up details of centre line of track (up and down) and railway boundary UP and DN line side using Total Station with any local adjustment as needed and marking the distance between centre line of tracks (up, down, 1 loop etc.), merging of FM Sketches in AutoCAD and preparation and taking print of digitalized plan with the details collected as above and submit before the Spl. Tahasildar (LA), and get the same certified, including submission of draft colour print outs of the drawings for the approval of Engineer in charge and submission of 3 sets of approved colour paper prints along with soft copy in Pen drive / hard disc. containing the final drawing, scanned copy of collected sketches etc. complete. The work includes entire field works in connection with the collection of details matching existing boundary / track by suitable methods, all office work in connection with digitalizing the sketches in to AutoCAD drawings etc. complete including rate of hire charges for equipments, labour, consumables, transportation, payments for collection details etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
