Painting of cleaned plate/composite bridge girders including all scaffolding along with provision of Jhoola / hanging scaffolding ladders etc. where required. With two coats of Aluminium paint in dual containers conforming to IS:2339 with DFT of 15 - 20 Microns for each coat.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with graded stone aggregate of 5 40mm nominal size, in foundation and floors, retaining walls of bridges including mechanical mixing, vibrating, pumping and bailing out water where ever required with all materials and labour complete but excluding the cost of cement and shuttering as per drawings and technical specifications as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated Cement Concrete of specified grade as per approved Design Mix (mixed in Mobile Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant at site or RMC from approved plants) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and coarse sand of approved quality for the following Reinforced cement concrete 6 structural elements up to height of 9.0 m from foundation top level, including finishing, using Plasticiser in approved proportions (as per IS:9103), to modify workability without impairing strength and durability complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Payment for cement, reinforcement and shuttering shall be made extra under relevant item. 2. Plasticiser shall invariably be used in approved proportion to increase workability with minimum possible quantity of cement for all grade of Design Mix Concrete unless it is specifically approved citing reasons for not using plasticiser at the stage of Mix Design and in that case deduction shall be made as per relevant item. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 7 All types of bridge sub-structures, e.g. pier, abutment, wing wall, retaining wall, RCC box type foundations, Abutment cap, Pier Cap, Inspection Platform & Pedestal over Pier cap, Fender wall, Diaphragm wall etc. up to 5m above ground level

Supply, Providing and fixing GRP Walk way Refugee Platform on the out side of Ballast retainer slab of existing Bridges including Supply and fixing of GRP platform ( 1000mm width ) structure connecting trolley refugees, with mounting brackets to Bridge proper at 1500 mm c/c distance (or) as per approved drawing using SS316 anchor fasteners as per drawing duly drilling the bridge structure in the sides, with out affecting its design considerations, and through weep holes and additional holes by removing / scooping the ballast under traffic conditions during day or night as per the availability of traffic block and providing steel bolts of approved size as per drawing through the weep holes and additional holes provided in the bridge with stainless steel plates on both sides of the weep holes and fixing the GRP Hand rails of 1m height with the mounting brackets provided, Laying 1 the GRP Walk way over the frame in the specific arrangements provided and fixing the same to the frame with suitable locking arrangements / brackets etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work . The rate quoted is including all costs for lighting, scaffolding, temporary platform arrangements for the safety of workers / supervisors , cost of drilling , cost of SS bolts & nuts of approved diametre, length etc. and cleaning, laying net covering the span in work , to act as a catch for accidently falling labor, boat arrangements in lake area for the rescue if any required, hire charges for power supply arrangements required for the site, leading of materials from factory to site of work and leading the same to work spot etc. complete. The material supply should confirm the specification mentioned in the Railway's approved Drawing and the work to be executed as per the Railway approved Drawing of the particular bridge. The detailed drawings with design calculations and specifications for anchors, support brackets, GRP Platform, Hand railing, etc shall be submitted by the firm and shall be got approved by CBE's office before execution of the work.

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING // Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. // Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING // Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING // Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Supply and using Cement at Worksite Ordinary Portland Cement 43 grade approved brands/makes

Supply of steel reinforcement of approved brands/makes for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of approved brands/makes.
