Making all documentation for applying online to kerala state pollution control board for pollution 1 clearance for erection of water recycling plant of capacity 140 KL per day at Ernakulam Marshalling Yard and duly obtaining the clearance from Kerala state pollution control board all directed by the Engineer in charge.(Cost for obtaining clearance Registration etc. to be paid at KSPCB will be borne by Railways)

SW I (a) - Proposed Water Recycling Plant of 1.4 lakh litres capacity near pit line. Designing, supplying, erecting and commmissioning of water recycling plant at ERMCD Station from inlet point of effluent to outlet point of treated water, capacity of 1.4 lakh litres per day. The contractor will have to design plant, execute all the works including civil works between inlet point of effluent and outlet of treated water such as collection from well with necessary pump, effluent pumping line, equilisation tank etc. (Details of Civil and Electro mechanical 1 equipments and works required is attached as separate document (ie.civil and electromech equip.pdf)). Design should be approved by the competent authority of the Railways. Requirements of treated effluent water : Appearance - Crystal Clear, Odour - Pleasant, pH - 6.5 to 8.5 mg/l, BOD - <3mg/l, COD - <50mg/l, Suspended solids - <20mg/l, Oil & grease - <1mg/l. Other pollutants are to be within the Kerala State Pollution Control Board stipulated discharge. '(1. Warranty operation and maintenance of plant including manpower chemicals and consumables will be born by the Tenderer/ contractor for a period of six months from the date of commissioning. 2. Payment terms :- 70% of payment will be made on completion and commissioning of plant. Balance 30% will be paid after six months from the date of commissioning by fulfilling the warranty).
