Transportation &Laying / clamping / threading of 4 Core XLPE cable (Size up to & 1 Including 70 Sq.mm) through trench, Cable protection pipe, Wall/shelters, FOB, etc as directed at site, with suitable clamps, Aluminium sockets, etc., Note: - Cable will be supplied by Railway from the Office of SSE/Electrical In-Charge of the work.

"End termination using single brass compression gland of Size from 4 core 70 Sq.mm 2 up to & Including 4 Core 95 Sq.mm with required aluminium sockets, etc.., Note:- 1) Scope of work including supply and Fixing of said glands 2) PVC type glands may be used for cable termination in the poly carbonate box as directed by site engineer incharge."

Excavation of cable trench in all kinds of soil up to a depth of 1.0 Mtr. & Width of 0.3 3 Mtr duly clearing the roots of trees etc. and refilling with the excavated soil up to normal level. Depth and Width can be varied based on site Condition as directed by site engineers in charge. Concerned Measurement will be taken in Cubic meters.

Supply and laying /fixing of HDPE pipe 50mm dia pressure rating up to 4PN (Material 4 Grade-PE 63) in the excavated cable trench/building wall/FOB etc.., With suitable GI fixing hardware like T-Joints, L-Joints, shall be used at appropriate locations. So that cable can be easily inserted and removed wherever need arises

"Labour Charges for erection of Open well Submersible pump capacity 5HP, 415V, 5 50Hz, 3 Phase AC Supply with delivery of 50mm (2"") to pump clear water at a head of 34m-50m with discharge 4.5 LPS conforming to IS 14220. The said scope of work includes supply, fixing of 50x10mm MS Clamp (2 Nos.), NRV (1No.), Flange with washer (2Nos.), Nipple (1No.), etc.., Note:- 5HP OWS pump will be supplied by Railways."

"Labour Charges for fixing of Three Phase Submersible Pump Controller /Starter panel similar to L&T Model No.MU-G10W DOL with in-built WLC suitable to operate 5HP open well 6 submersible pump set. The said starter panel includeds digital voltmeter, ammeter, thermal overload Relay, single phase preventer with dry run preventer, ON/OFF push button switch, LED indication for 3-phases. Note:- Starter panel with Ammeter voltmete, Thermal over load Relay, Dry run preventer, ON/OFF push button switch, LED indication etc.., for 5HP OWS pump will be supplied by Railways."

Supply and laying of 3 core 4.0 Sq.mm flat submersible type cable of high conductivity electrolytic grade copper conductor as per IS 694/90 through already erected PVC conduit pipe

"Supply and fixing of Poly carbonate box of similar to model No. Mi 0300 / Mi 0301 in the PF shelter for cable termination with 1 No. of 200A 4 Way Connector. "

"Supply and laying of ISI marked medium duty PVC Rigid wiring Conduit of 20mm Dia 9 & Wall thickness 1.6mm+/-0.2mm for Concealed Wiring including, tees, bends, junction boxes etc.., plastering and finishing to original level. Preferable Makes :- Precision, Anchor, Avoplast, VIP, Balco, Inplast or any other reputed makes. "

"Supply and Single phase wiring by means of 2 nos. of 1.5 Sq.mm (P&N) and 1 No. of 2.5 Sqmm (Earth) size Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen (FR- LSH) PVC insulated single core 10 multistranded flexible copper cable with ISI mark of approved make with coded color for Phase, Neutral and Earth through already erected PVC casing and capping or pipes, junction boxes, distribution boards etc., Preferable Makes of FR-LSH Cables :- Poly Cab, Havells,V-Guard, Bonton or any other reputed makes, "

Supply, laying and provision of 6 SWG GI wire as earth continuity including termination

"Supply of Concealed type Earthing. This consisting of supply at site, erection, testing and commissioning of G.I. Earth Electrode 50mm dia, 3000mm long, 'C' class (heavy duty/ISI marked supply and and fixing of earth inspection chamber, lid, as per Construction Drg. No.EL/P/TYPE-1022 with charcol & salt / Bentonite Compound Filling, which includes the cutting and removing of granite / 16 marble / kadappa stone paved platform and cement concreted areas etc., excavation / augering of earth pit by suitable boring equipments. The earth pot shall be provided in level with flooring. The above includes reconstruction of the area of granite / marble / kadappa stone / cement concrete etc.., to bring back to the original condition duly providing granite / marble / kadappa stone / cement concrete etc.., duly making interconnection between electrical equipment and earth electrode using 6SWG GI earth wire. The earth pot shall be painted black and earth value to be recorded"

"Supply & Fixing of 30W to 40W LED street light fittings on the FOB/Octogonal 17 Poles/Rail Poles/Wall of the building with suitable GI pipe and clamps if necessary. Provision of RCC well (6.00 m dia) with pump room at QLD and improvements to water sinks and supply of materials in SSE/W/CLT jurisdiction.
