Erection, Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV, 630 MVA, 800A SF6 type, motorised extensible Ring main unit (supplied by the owner at owners store) including loading and unloading, insurance and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply of 433 Volt, LT Outdoor type, IP 54 class, weather proof distribution panel with suitable size aluminum bus bar complete with internal wiring and control MCCBs consisting of I number of 1250 A, ACB as secondary incomer with microprocessor based O/C, and E/F protections and 2 numbers of 400A, 1 number of 250 A , 5 numbers of 200A MCCBs, 1 number of 200 A TPN SFU and three numbers of current transformer of 1250/5 ratio and with 1 number of LT TOD energy meter as per the technical specifications attached complete in all respects. (70% of payment will be released against supply of LT panel at site, up to 90% on completion of erection and installation and balance 10% after obtaining energisation approval)

Installation, testing and commissioning of 433 Volt LT Outdoor type IP 54 class weather proof distribution panel.

Dismantle the already laid 11 kV, 3 X 300 sq.mm XLPE cable after escavating the soil at a depth of 1 meter from the ground level and shift to RPIL store including transportation, loading, unloading, all labour charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and Laying of 11 kV, 3X 300 sq.mm XLPE power cable in escavated trench at a depth of 1 Metre from the ground level providing sand and brick protection and cable markers, back filling the trench as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying of 11 kV, 3X300 sqmm XLPE power cable direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required as directed bby the engineer in charge.

Supply and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3X 300 sq.mm XLPE Al. cable as directed bby the engineer in charge.

Supply and laying of 400 Sq mm 2XFY, copper, 1.1 kV LT cable direct in ground including excavation of trench at a depth of 0.75 Meter from the ground level including soil excavation and back filling as directed bby the engineer in charge..

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 400 Sq mm 2XFY copper cable as directed bby the engineer in charge.

Supply and making outdoor heat shrinkable type straight through cable joint with approved make of kit for 3C X 300 sq mm, 11kV XLPE cable including all accessories, ferrules etc including testing and commissioning as directed bby the engineer in charge.

Supply and providing earthing with 1200 x 1200 x 12.5 mm CI plate earth electrode including accessories, excavation, back filling and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply, laying and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip including excavation of trenches at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm) as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Preparation Drawings / Designs/ Calculations/ Documents / Getting scheme approval and sanction for energisation including liason work with Electrical inspectorate. Statutory Fees will be reimbursed by the client/owner on production of reciept.

Civil Works

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq m on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, within a lead of 50 m., as directed by Engineer-incharge. - All kinds of soil

Dry rubble masonry with hard stone for retaining wall, including cost of all materials, all lead and lift, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Solid Block masonry using best quality Cement solid blocks of size 20cm x 30cm x 15cm laid in CM 1:5 for superstructure walls, including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, conveyance, labour charges, curing etc, complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, with all lead and lift.

Plastering with CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), 12 mm thick, including cost of all materials, labour charge, loading /unloading charges, curing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, all lead and lift, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. - Hot rolled deformed bars.

Supply and laying 63 mm to 40 mm size stone aggregates to the required thickness inside the USS floor as per the direction of Engineer in charge .

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer as directed by the engineer in charge - G.I. pipes.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheet roofing including vertical / curved (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal or polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. Limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge for gate. - Hot finished seamless type tubes.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. - In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
