The bidder should have prior work experience of at least one similar work costing more than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to tender, for Government/Semi Government clients during the last seven years. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given a weightage of 5% per year based on rupee value to bring them to the current price level. Similar works mean River bridges, Flyovers, or ROBs work of minimum value. The bidder must have experience of working with modern machinery for road construction and possession of the same. They should have experience in Civil Engineering business for a minimum period of five years in the same name and style. The average annual turnover of the bidder for the previous three years should be more than 100% of the estimated value of the work. For evaluation of past experience in similar projects, 15 marks will be awarded for any one similar work and 5 marks for each additional similar work. For similar works in progress, marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis of the value of the completed portion of work, with a maximum mark of 30. In terms of transportation projects, 10 marks will be awarded for any one transport infrastructure project of contract value equal to or more than 40% of the PAC, and 5 marks for each additional work. The contract value equal to or more than 40% of the PAC is considered for evaluation of past experience in transportation projects. The average annual turnover during the last 3 years is considered, with specific percentages of the Estimated Value of Work (EVW) mentioned: - Less than 120% of EVW: 50% of 12.5 marks - 120% or more but less than 150% of EVW: 60% of 12.5 marks - 150% or more but less than 200% of EVW: 70% of 12.5 marks - 200% or more but less than 250% of EVW: 80% of 12.5 marks - More than 250% of EVW: 100% of 12.5 marks The bidder is required to provide details of similar works executed or in hand, with value in Indian Rupees at current price, during the last seven years, including the total project cost, value of the contract executed, and the current value after applying an enhancement factor of 5% per annum.
