And deposit a security amount of 5 % of the contract amount, before the supply of articles as specified in the supply order. The successful bidder has to execute an agreement within 15 days of receipt of the order. 3. Violation of any rules / special condition/ direction in supply order will lead to rejection of their bid. 4.
