Bidders must have successfully completed similar works within the last seven years. "Similar works" are defined as residential or non-residential building projects of any number of stories, or metro projects with station buildings. Options to meet this requirement include: three similar works, each costing at least 40% of the estimated tender cost; two similar works, each costing at least 50% of the estimated tender cost; or one similar work costing at least 80% of the estimated tender cost. Additionally, bidders must have completed at least one building with a minimum height of 15 stories or 45 meters (or a metro station building with a minimum height of 20 meters). One floor equals 3 meters for qualification. Basements are considered floors/height, but the machine room slab is not. Bidders must have completed at least one project with a basement in a residential or non-residential building, or a metro project with an underground station building, valued at least 40% of the estimated tender cost. All work experience must be supported by certificates. For private sector work, a letter of award and TDS certificates are required. The work value equals the TDS amount. For own real estate projects, a sanctioned building plan, occupancy/completion certificate, and a valuation report are needed. Land cost and sale consideration are excluded from the valuation report. For work outside India, certificates must be attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission, or an apostille stamp may suffice for Hague Convention members. Non-English certificates require a Chamber of Commerce-authenticated English translation, attested by the Indian Embassy/Consulate/High Commission.

Bidders must have completed at least one building with a minimum height of 15 stories or 45 meters (or a metro station building with a minimum height of 20 meters) and at least one project with a basement valued at 40% or more of the tender's estimated cost within the last seven years.
