The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer: Experience as Team Leader/Senior Highway Engineer on behalf of Consultant/Contractor or as Superintending Engineer (or equivalent) and above in Government Organizations. - For Senior Bridge Design Engineer: Experience as Senior Bridge Engineer/Bridge Engineer/Bridge Design Engineer on behalf of Consultant or as Executive Engineer (or equivalent) and above in Government Organizations. - For Land Acquisition Expert: - Total Professional Experience: 15 years or more. - Experience in Land Acquisition works of Government/Authority: 10 years or more. - Experience in Land Acquisition works in Highway/Road sector: 1 project or more. - For Utility Expert: - Total Professional Experience: 10 years or more. - Experience in Utility estimation and its laying/erection: 8 years or more. - Experience in Utility shifting estimation and its laying/erection along Highway/Roads: 1-3 projects or more. - For Environmental Specialist: - Minimum 5 years of experience in environment impact assessment and permitting of highway projects (2/4/6 laning). - Experience as Environmental Specialist in at least two highway projects (2/4/6 laning). - For Quantity Surveyor/Documentation Expert: - Minimum 10 years of total professional experience. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Contract documents, and documentation for major highway projects involving two/four laning. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - Turnover Factor (TF): - Upto 50 Cr: 1.00 - 50-250 Cr: 1.25 - >250 Cr: 1.50 - Residual Bid Capacity “R” calculation: R = CL x TF - RP, where CL is the total length of DPR/Feasibility completed, TF is the Turnover Factor, and RP is the length of DPR/Feasibility projects in hand. - For DPR of two-laning projects, the length shall be considered after multiplication by a factor of 0.50. - For Feasibility Projects, the length shall be considered after multiplication by a factor of 0.60. - The share of experience in JV shall be considered based on their share in the JV, with a maximum of 25% for Associate members. Additionally, specific values and percentages of similar works completed for certain positions are: - For Environmental Specialist: No specific values or percentages mentioned. - For Quantity Surveyor/Documentation Expert: Minimum aggregate length of 80 km for similar works. - For TEAM LEADER CUM SENIOR BRIDGE DESIGN ENGINEER: Minimum 50km length for similar works, and at least two major bridges of a length 500 mtr. - For Bridge/Structural Engineer: Minimum two major bridges (length more than 200 m) for similar works. - For Material Engineer: Minimum 8 years on Tunnel projects in design and/or construction, with no specific values or percentages mentioned. - Annual average turnover for the last 5 years should be equal to or more than Rs. 5.00 Crores. - Completed similar works with a value of at least Rs.5.00 Crores in the last 5 years, which is 100% of the required annual average turnover.
