The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar category products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a specified period.
2. Past Performance: The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar category products for a specified percentage of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are:
- 3 years (for Experience Criteria)
- 30% (for Past Performance) The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are:
- OEM Authorization Certificate
- Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made
- Certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor (if the OEM is a company) or a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant (for OEMs other than companies) for declaration relating to percentage of local content
- Authorization Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details
- Certificate to the effect that OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM has a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India (for imported products)
- Udyam Registration (for Micro and Small Enterprises)
- OEM Warranty certificates
- Certificate from the manufacturer (for imported products) stating that they have a registered office in India to provide after-sales service support in India
- Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period Note: The bidder should also have a well-established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance Service group in India for attending to after-sales service.
