- Certificate to the effect that OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM has a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India (for imported products)
- Udyam Registration (for Micro and Small Enterprises)
- OEM Warranty certificates
- Certificate from the manufacturer (for imported products) stating that they have a registered office in India to provide after-sales service support in India
- Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year)
- Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period
Note: The bidder should also have a well-established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance Service group in India for attending to after-sales service.
