Supply and fix in replacement, LED street light fitting 70 watts energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and not less than 110 lumen per watt and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device compete all as specified and directed

Dismantling/removing of existing octagonal pole any length and type by dismantling the foundation from existing position and refixing the pole to new location including PCC foundation with proper alignment all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement decorative Hot-dipped galvanised mild steel step pole of 3.5 Mtr height, Mild steel base plate of 268 mm dia, and two sections which having a dia of 110mm and a height of 970 mm for botton sectgion and a dia of 76mm and a height of 2530mm height for top section, and plasma cut & duly chamfered opening window of 300 x 110 mm for terminal connections & mounting accessories including necessary PCC foundation and earthwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED bollard type fitting 10 Watt cpacity 650 mm height, LED bollard AFlare fitted with low glare diffuser with IP 65 protection, complete with necessary pcc foundation including taking down existing old pattern unserviceable light fitting all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3X single core copper cable of size 1.5sqmm (Red,Black and Green ) from junction box of the pole to light fitting and connecting to the electrical system all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement street light TIMER control panel, 110 Amps, 3 pole/230Volt, DIGITAL time switch pole/wall mounting made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated with locking arrangement, incl internal wiring complete with bypass arrangements and comprising of following :- (or as manufactures recommendation and design).

Supply and fix 7M GI Octagonal pole single section with bottom dia 135mm,top dia 70 mm having sheet thickness 3mm.The door height cut out should not be more than 500 mm with door elevation 500 mm. The size of the reinforced rod should be 30x4mm. Size of the base plate should be 30x4mm.Size of the base plate should be 220SQ with thickness of base plate 16mm.PCD for the holes should be 225 with foundation bolt dia M20,length of the foundation bolt 700mm with four foundation bolts. The arm should be 1 M length single arm with 15-degree arm bracket. The pole should have inbuild door munting 500 mm above from ground level including PCC foundation, J Bolt, nuts and washers as per the drawing of manufacturer, including taking down of old unservicable pole all as specified and directed.

Attending emergency complaints / Fire incidents/tripping of MCCBs/breakown of LT electrical system and taking down existing connection from LT Panel/Bus Bar Chamber/Feeder Piller/ Electric Poles/ building carefully (any capacity ,any type) carrying out repair work at site refixing the fittings in its original position, testing and commissioning, including removal of bushes, creapers and trimming of branches around the LT Panel/Bus Bar Chamber/Feeder Piller/ Electric Poles including takingout & fixing at site complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) If any major repair is required, attending complaints and replacement of any nature in LT Power network at any point of time, the items shall be replaced with respective item of sch 'A' is deemed to be inclusive (i) Tools, electrical measuring instruments, ladder required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor (ii) Contractor will ensure the safety of the workers employed at his own risk. (iii) Contractor or his rep has to attend the complaint as soon as he recieves a call regarding the complaint verbally/telephonically or any other means otherwise a plenty of Rs 1000 per hour shall be imposed thereafter. (iv) Contractor should ensure to rendering completion of all attended complaints to respective JEs/Engr-in Charge as day to day basis . (v) Restoration of one complaints to be measured as one job irrespective of number of complaints for the same work. (vi) Attending the fault/complaint and rectification of this fault will be considered as one complaint. The spare parts/items required for rectification will be measured in the respective item of schedule.
