Refixing the dismantled anti-bird proofing net nylon of any description in postion and fixed with stainless steel border cable, hooks, turn buckets, adjustments and all other connected necessary hardwares in any direction and in any places including necessary scaffoldings fixed to MS frame work of existing Hanger of hight 12 to 15 meter, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix Welded steel wire fabric Weight exceeding 3.5kg but not exceeding 4 Kg per square metre with dia of wire not less than 3.8mm , fixed to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only steel wire fabric obtained from dismanteling to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills , grating ,etc with ends of bars shouldered and or revated for forged in to spike, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, balusters, walk ways raling framed work for water tanks similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, rivting etc not exc 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Brackets over 10 Kg each to be measured under "structural steel")

Supply and fix structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof/wall coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet obtained from dismantling as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain sheet roofing/cladding/rainwater gutter in any shape with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through through specialist agency and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes 150 mm dia. single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius 150mm bore dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for all items of this Schedule :- (i)The work shall be executed to high rise structure(ie. Hangar/Building) of height up to 20 metre from ground level. Quoted rate shall be deemed to including for all kind of Scaffolding and safety equipment provided to worker deployed by the contractor and no extra amount paid by the department for the same and the work shall be carried out without any damage to the existing structure. Any damage occured due to contractor shall be rectified without any extra cost to the Goverment. (ii)The Bidders shall note that work has to be executed at Hangar/dispersal area. Site for execution of work will be made available to contractor on non operational days or as assigned by the Engineer-in Charge after consultation with user unit, due to operational commitment at CGAE Station. The contractor shall arrange working programme accordingly. No claim whatsover, for not giving the entire site, on award of work and giving the site gradually will be entertained.The contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting the tender.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs.21000.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 21000.00 as rate in Green field under Col-13.
