( Make : First quality of Sleek/ Ebco/ Dolin) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 18mm thick Marine plywood, water proof, termite & Borer proof, corrosion free with Decorative laminate 1mm thick both side for cupboard shutter, self, Drawer, including adquate nos of auto closing hinges on each shutter all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1mm thick sheet kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers including beding lime cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets fixed to wall and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160mm including waste coupling 40 mm and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete 1: 2 : 4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the likecement concrete as in cover slab, shelves, cooking slab and similar articles and set in CM 1: 4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for flat roughfinished Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Formwork rough finished to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide complete all as specified and as directed

M&L CRS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips. complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling tiles including CM bedding (but not backing) and disposing the rubbish off the premises as directed

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including provision of CM screed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including provision of backing coat 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Grating square 150 mm size of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms) with waste hole of PTMT (Minimum weight of 40gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry/Pre-cast cement conrete block built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on brick or concret wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall (plastered or unplastered) including cornices and applying two coat of distember oil emulsion over a coat of primer including 1.5 to 2 mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15mm CP Brass Sink Cock with Regular Swinging Spout (Wall Mounted Model) With Wall Flange complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Jaquar Cart Part No.FLR-5347N or equivalent make of Hindware/Cera

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
