Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 5 km but n exc. 10 km and depositing outside MD land all as specified and directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.Note Measurements shall be taken after proper consolidation and bulkage shall be deducted as per SSR Pt 1

M & L for Hardcore (Brocken boulders)of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC (design mix M 30) using 20 mm graded aggregates in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; base for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete and for doing work in water retaining structures complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC (design mix M 30) using 20 mm graded aggregates in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses and for doing work in water retaining structures complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC (design mix M 30) using 20 mm graded aggregates in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like and for doing work in water retaining structures complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finish concrete curved surface complete all as specified and directed

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and bending with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per SI item No.17 above but 8mm dia

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using WPC as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in ceiling using CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, additional thickness is provided as floating/setting coat

M & L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate in 75 mm thick plinth protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M & L for sand filling for laying interlocking tiles (average depth not exceeding 5 cm)

Material and labour 80mm thick coloured pre-cast (factory made) interlocking paver blocks manufactured from ordinary portland cement mixed without pigment strength minimum M-30 grade concrete , vibro-compacting, conforming to IS- 15658-2006, over 100mm thick(consolidated thickness) of PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork( Old size bricks) with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 4028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Supply and lay Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in trenches etc. of sixe 50 mm bore dia.

Supply and lay Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in trenches etc. of size 40mm bore dia.

Supply and lay Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in trenches etc. of size 25mm bore dia.

Cutting existing steel tubing of size 50 mm dia including insertion of tee for alterations or additions all as specified.

S & F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size suitable to 50 mm dia UPVC pipe.

S & F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size suitable to 25mm dia UPVC pipe.

S & F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed of size suitable for 25mm dia pipe.

Supply,install,testing and commissioning of Pumping sets, centrifugal, electric driven, complete up to 2 HP single phase,240V, 2900RPM, discharge 30000LPH -7200 LPH at 10M -20M head including suitable PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 04x0.4x0.8m including plastering with 1:4 cement mortor and rain water protection as per OEM requirement.

Supply and fix DOL starter for 2HP single phase motor.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq. mm 2 core

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 20A in the existing MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and lay in trenches burnt clay building bricks sub-class ‘B’ size designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring and M&L for submain wiring in PVC conduit with two runs of 4 Sq mm and one run of 4 sqmm for earth continuity 1100 v grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH grade copper conductor cable single core multistranded drawn through and including 25 mm dia PVC rigid connduit includung accessories such as bends, supports etc all as specified

M& L for RCCB 2 pole 25 A, 240 volts, short curcuit current 100mA capacity, confirming to IS/IEC 12640-1 all as specified.

M& L for AC box modular socket type with MCB SP 25 amps 10 KA operating on 240 volts AC. Make : Havells 25 A DBOXX MCB Socket, DHDMCSN0251025 or Equivalent

Disconnecting all electric connection carefully with safety measures, taking down old Unserviceable AC of any capacity and location fitted on any height from the bldg and deposte to MES store including AC boxes.
