Taking down old unserviceable insulator of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling steel poles/struts of any type and length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged pole type 410SP-31 (9 mtr long) in replacement of old rusted pole complete with CI base plate including 3 coats of bituminous paint for the embedded portion and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the unserviceable LT UG cable of any size and capacity 3.5 core/04 core including removing electrical connection and keeping side serviceable cable including removing cable protection cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- a) For all items involving excavation work contractor has to obtain prior approval from station HQ to avoid loss of other co existing utility services, in case of damage to any property he would be liable for its rectification. b)The excavation has to be done manually only.

All as per item No.08 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and upto 3.0 mtr depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including levelling, watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading riddled earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay PCC un reinforced cable cover of size 250mmx 150mmx40mm, class LV type I flat for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor has to produce PCC cable cover test certificate from the manufacturer.

Relaying of PCC un reinforced LT cable cover of size 250mmx 150mmx40mm item obtained from ser No.07 above complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for restringing of ACSR/conductor/earth wire of any type in HT/LT overhead lines and to proper upkeep of and maintaining safe distance between conductors/ spans complete all as specified and directed by Engneer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of pin insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts and one galvanised steel nut 100 mm dia 65 mm height suitable for 1100volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MS channel, cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates in replacement of old rusted MS channel, cross arm complete fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in coping/foundation or as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for mass filling in foundation/coping/wall with PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate type C2 as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for mass filling in foundation/coping/wall with PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate type D2 as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for mass filling in foundation/coping/wall with PCC 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate type B2 as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in replacement of route indicator for marking of LT UG cable of any size with cast iron round plate of 100 mm dia suitably fitted on iron and embeded with PCC block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning of LT cable in replacement of old unserviceable cable/ASCR conductor in trench/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles, lugs, glands, XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured LT 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductors of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item no.23 above but size of 70 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.23 above but size of 35 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.23 above but size of 25 sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.23 above but size of 16 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of cable obtained from taking out in trench/fixing to walls/ pipe/pole (cable obtained from item No.07 above) with proper saddles XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured LT cable of any size sqmm 3/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.30 Mtr and depth 0.6 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hardstanding using pre mix bituminous mixture materials as required at site to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Before using the hand drilling/ breaker machine diamond cutter will be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing light grade 80 mm nominal dia in trench/road/pole for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.31 above but size of 40 mm nominal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and jointing LT straight through joint 1100 volt, size upto 35 Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and jointing LT straight through joint 1100 volt, size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3.5/4 core ccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and jointing LT straight through joint 1100 volt, size 120 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of weather proof street light junction boxes made out of thermo plastic consisting of 4 nos of connectors of capacity 63 amp 415v with proper closing arrangement, elmax connector for neutral link including pole mounting clamp with nuts, bolts etc.The box should have two cable entry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of copper cable flexible 1.5 Sqmm 3 core 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair/replacement old U/s LT feeder pillar box with out door type double door floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof panel with IP-65 protection fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick and internal compartment should be not less than 2mm thickness CRCA sheet of suitable size duly pretreated in seven tank proces for degreasing, de-rusting and phosphated primer powder coated then painted with final coat of epoxy based powder coated. Panel shall be having front and rear opening for installation of seperate cable alleys with proper locking arrangement with busbar chamber and switch gear compartments. Provision in cable alleys to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming and outgoing cables. A clear space of 400 mm to be kept from floor level for switch gear compartment. Extended busbar links/terminals to be provided for heat dissipation. Suitable size knockout holes for cable glands shall be provided. Paint shall be epoxy based approved shade of colour, make and size of panel duly mentioned the size of each component and switch gear layout drawing shall be submitted for the approval of Engr-in-charge before ordering the items.The panel shall duly be supported on angle iron of size 40x40x4mm thick. Panel shall include following accessories:-

(a) Busbar chamber (4 nos TP&N 250 amp rating ) (Aluminium bus bar ) SET 01 (with proper colour code). (b) Phase indicator LED lamp assy -03 No. (c) Complete wiring of panel with suitable gauge multi stranded copper conductor with proper colour code. (d) Digital multi functional meter to measure current, voltage,power factor etc-01, with connected CT's of suitable size. Panel should have separate chambers and suitable size of aluminium busbar extensions for connecting cables including following switchgears/accessories:- i) MCCB TPN 160 A as incomer - 01 No. ii) MCCB TPN 63 A -03Nos (one MCCB 63A as incomer to contactor). iii) Contactor MCX12, 4 pole,415 volts, 63 Amps - 01 No. iv) Digital time switch day/weeks programme with reserve 30 minutes- 01 No. Note:- a) Panels shall be procured from firms having CPRI approval certificate. b) Panel drawing should be approved by Engr in charge before manufacturing. c) Quoted rate shall include necessary earth work and PCC required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. d) Panel should have separate cable alleys on both sides.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal GL, connected to and including galvanized earth lead strip of size 32mmx6mm upto 7.5 m distance and connected by means of bolts,nuts,checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 in SSR connected to earthing test point all as specified complete with excavation, earth work in any strata, charcoal, salt , PCC chamber, 20mm thick RCC cover (grade M 15) complete having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod), 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering with GI funnel & wire mesh and 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead conductor with testing and connecting up complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting/trimming off the tree branches n. exc 30cm girth protruding/ touching both sides of the conductor 3 mtr away on both sides of the over head conductor lines of any type on any height and clearing all the unserviceable material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for bus bar chamber outdoor type of size 60cmx60cmx45cm, made out of 3mm thick MS sheet with 400 Amp rated copper busbar with necessary insulators mounted on 25x25x6mm thick angle iron legs fixed in PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for fixing in repair GI strip 32mm x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for earthing strip of transformer and LT panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for scrapping out the faded/rusted old paint from the poles using wire brush, emery paper and prepare the surface for painting, applying one coat of aluminium paint on the poles including cross arm, clamps, bolts and nuts, anti-climbing device etc and writing the existing poles number with black paint over a yellow base after painting all as specified for any poles of height upto 11 m with white cement paint for coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
