The tiles are anti-sag and installed on T24 grid system of 0.6mm thick Main 'T' length minimum 3000mm, web minimum 35mm to be placed at 600mm center to center and secondary cross 'T' of length 600mm web minimum 35mm inter locked, Wire Support for Main T to be taken at every 1200mm length wise and 600mm width wise, with a backing of 50mm 1000 GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant IS 15061-2002 for excellent results.

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possisble(As in roof Facia, parapet, chajja, ceiling, etc). The mortar can be applied in layers not exceeding 6 mm thick in each layer in and upto 25mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12Nmm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimim flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 with and including curing comopund LP 90 or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including 1 to 1.5mm thick exterior wall care putty and priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

i) Horizontal main split velvet stage traveller for smooth operation and flawless performance: Engineered to a high standard: Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the motorized horizontal main split velvet stage traveler system involvesthe installation of a motorized sliding curtain arrangement on a fully modular, high-precision stage curtain track, ensuringsmooth operation and flawless performance. The system features an automatic motorized stage curtain with maximumcord friction and minimal slippage, utilizing a modified gearbox with sealed bearings and self-\ lubricating center splitoverlapped curtains for dual-side opening. This fully automated system will comply with all safety norms and include heavydutysteel rails and tracks with a safe working load, ensuring proper weight distribution and smooth movement through aladder-type MS frame securely fixed on top of the mother grid. The curtain mechanism will offer variable speed, programmable acceleration, and dual activation (electric and manual), controllable from both the stage and the controlroom, with a matte black finish. Installation will be performed by skilled labor and specialized tailors stitching with doublegathering, emphasizing the stage as the main attraction. The curtains will be crafted from high-quality 100% heavypolyester Molfino fabric (450 GSM) to enhance acoustical properties, provide a reflective look, and offer luxurious fullness, work will be carried out as per architectural drawings under the supervision of the Engineer-in Charge (EIC). Theinstallation will involve all necessary tools, machinery, manpower, staging, and consumables, including mild steel rail tracksfor smooth operation, an engineered customized gearbox, and sliding traveler limit automatic stop mechanisms withrollers, clamps, runners, master runners, pulleys, and a 3mm steel wire rope, powered by a 1 HP motor (Godrej orCrompton Greaves) with an engineered gearbox, two air breaker contractors (L&T/Siemens), two micro switches for autostop, and three push buttons for user-friendly forward control. The curtain system will include motor mounting on a "C"channel platform, flame-retardant treatment, and optional wireless remotes, with flame-retardant textile solutionsavailable at an additional cost. Shade and fabric samples must be approved by the Engineer-in- Charge or the end-user before installation.

ii) Stage shoot border frills: Stage Frills - Teasers, also known as custom-made stage borders or short stage curtains, masking border's purpose is tohide light bars, curtain tracks, machinery, pipe battens, projection screens, and related equipment above the stagespace, Frill size and quantities is usually determined by sight lines and stage dimensions play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetics of performance stages. Stage frills provide a polished and professional look while maintaining anunobstructed view for the audience. Their custom- stitched frills perfect fit for any stage setup, contributing to bothfunctionality and visual appeal. The frill "short stage border" will be made from cloth material in a specified shade, with onsite stitching by specializedtailors to ensure double gathering, focusing on emphasizing the stage area as the central visual element. The curtain frills, will be used to conceal equipment such as lighting-mechanism above the stage, thereby maintaining the show's visualappeal. These frills must be precisely sized and crafted to fit the stage conditions, with options ranging from luxuriousvelvet borders, Expert teams will be involved in designing and manufacturing the borders to match the specific needs of the stage, The work will be executed in accordance with the Architectural Drawings and instructions from the EngineerinCharge (EIC), encompassing the provision of all necessary tools, tackles, machinery, manpower, staging, andconsumables required for the complete installation, to conceal mechanisms and unsightly wiring on stage light bars, thereby enhancing the stage's aesthetics and functionality. Borders are typically tied up to a Mild Steel Round Pipe with adiameter of 28mm or better, designed for adjustable positioning as per the stage layout plan.

(iii) Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of stage curtain control Panel station system: Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Stage Curtain Control Panel station System comprising a wiredremote-control box and a standard remote push-button box, both offering functions for Open, Close, and Stop. The systemwill utilize a 2.5mm twisted 4-pair shielding, and FHDPE insulation for interlinking the splitter to the control room 4-corePVC insulated multistranded cable for signal transmission through curtain drives and a high-speed cable with lowcapacitance, The installation will include one main and one backup connector, adhering to the architectural drawings andinstructions provided by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). All required tools, machinery, manpower, staging, and consumablesnecessary for the complete execution of the installation are to be provided. The entire setup must be installed as per thespecifications outlined, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with the project requirements.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
