Supply and fix IInd class hard wood plain fillets square or rectangular or triangular, clean swan of sectional area exc. 3 sqcm and not exc. 6 Sqcm fixed with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for seamless plaster of paris false ceiling comprising of Gl frame work with Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including necessary hangers 6mm dia GI adjustable strip suspenders up to 1200mm long fixed to roof slab(using concrete drill) by suitable GI fasten with and including panel for ceiling (12mm thick Plaster of Paris board seamless 1200mmx1800mm size) with self-tapping screw finishing covering the joints with fiber tape and ceiling compound 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish and surface finish as specified completely all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate is inclusive of frame work, POP panel and surface finish (providing plaster of paris 1mm thick over false ceiling fibre board surfaces to achieve an even and smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint), nothing extra shall be paid on this account

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FR) upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm drawn in concealed conduit in wall and open conduit on ceiling including all accessories ISI marked including factory made galvanised modular flush sheet metal enclosure having top bottom side and back wall knock out for conduit entry from any direction suitable to the approved make of switch/socket outlet conforming to IS 14772-2000 and suitable for for cover plates and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable (FR) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for the following:- (a) one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent board

(c ) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board

All as per Item No. 8 above but with 4 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable(FR) including 4 sq mm PVC copper conductor used as earth wire for power point on independent board for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Modular Switch 1 way, 16 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Modular Socket, 6 A- 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Modular Socket, 6/16 A- 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular fan regulator step type, 120 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose in poly carbonate 3 plates flush type 6 Amps, 230 volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 12 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar, earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, IP42, Mechanical Impact Strength IK08, RCBO/MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6-32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole in the MCB DB,IP 20 transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters suitable for cable up to 35 Sqmm cross sectional area complete including suitable size copper Lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 63 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed drawn through and including PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia size with all accessories such as bends,Tee, junction boxes, elbow etc fixed to walls/ceiling including 1 run of 6 Sqmm copper (insulated) FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor including complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 6 Sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured one unit length.
