Sch 'A' Part- VII - MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rate in Green field under column 6)

Cutting the exisitng GI pipe of size 40 mm dia, inserting GI Tee of size 40 x 40 x 25 mm for taking branch connection including necessary jointing materials, joining testing etc threading,incl earth work, returning, refilling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32 Amps, 230 V , 10KA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level )with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with galvanized iron GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked)of size 15mm for protection of GI earth wire up to test point, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil, all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth wire up to 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing.

M&L for Construction of sockage well of size 1.20m dia and 1.0m effective depth incl excavation in hard/dense soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, 75mm thick, walls of honey combed masonry (230mm thick), RCC cover in M-25 100mm thick with reinforcement 10mm dia bars @ 180 c/c bothways completely filled with brick bat all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary earth work, RCC cover all as required at site for collecting waste water from 02 Nos Lab sinks in the building under schedule 'A" Part I.
