Dismantling GI Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete using type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour RCC Type B1 1:2:4(20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns etc complete all specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and Labour Reinforced cement Concrete Type B-1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) Columns, pillars, piers ,posts and struts and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and Labour RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations ( Flat Rough finished surfaces ) concrete, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns for square ,rectangular or polygones and stanchions finished even and fair complete all specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams(flat fair finished), beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and Fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and Fix Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Material and Labour For Broken glass coping on top of walls with cement Mortar 1:3 including taking and removing rubbing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and Fix in Framed work ( Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A ) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Material and Labour providing PCC solid blocks exc. 10cm in width type C1 1:3:6, 20mm graded aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

All as per item No 20 here-in-before but Except blocks ( any Type of existing block ) completed all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plastering any description on brick on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc completed all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement completed all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion ( Anti Fungal Nature ) paint of ( as approved/ required shade) of New work over a coat of exterior grade primer (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) completed all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparation of old distembered surfaces with complete removal of existing treated walls and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint ( Anti Fungal Nature ) of ( as approved/ required shade) of existing surface over a coat of exterior grade primer (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) completed all as specified and directed

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer completed all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Returning, filling in including spreading and levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm with soil obtain from excavation complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed riddles soil in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning in before laying of cable 8cm and 15 cm after laying the cable and punned to a thickness of 18 cm thick. Punned thickness only will be measured for purpose of payment.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 x 150 x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedde, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item no 31 here-in-before but 16 sq.mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fix 3 core flexible aluminium cable 4 sqmm from cable junction box to street light fittings as required at site complete all as specified nd directed.

Cutting bituminous road/ PCC path way/or any other indicated direction , not exceeding to a width of 0.5 mtr and not exceeding to a depth of 0.5 mtr, laying pipe for UG Cable protection and refilling with the excavated material, watering and well ramming in layers and finishing with 1:3:6 PCC up to a thickness of 100 mm, removing the surplus material away from the site, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 50 mm dia galvanized iron tube light grade for cable protection, supporting to poles, plinth protections, road crossing, trenches, footpath etc including clamps, nut, bolt and washers etc after taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install,test and commisioning LT Panel,indoor type, powder coated , dust and vermin and weather proof outdoor, Cubicle type, outer shell made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA Sheet & MS angle iron section of 50X50X6 mm frame , factory fabricated, roof canopy, with front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy keys, louvers & air vent gasket for natuaral flow of air. Suiable gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The inner shell be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA Sheat duly compartmentalised for each control gear with louvers and air vent gasket for natuaral flow of air and suiatable provision to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's/MCBs and metering devices and suitable busbar chamber for passing and connecting UG cables. Providing bus bar for phases and neutral and shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval of not more than 300 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete Make: Havells,Crompton and equivalent.

Supply and Fix hot dipped GI octagonal pole of 6 mtr long with complete arrangements suitable for mounting of LED solar light fitting, with bottom dia 130mm, top dia 70mm with 3 mm sheet thickness and foundation nut bolts complete including necessory earth work excavation, PCC, RCC in (1:1.5:3) as per OEM Drawings attached. (Rate quoted includes all connected works such as excavation,PCC,RCC, Reinforcement,nut bolts,etc)

Supply and fix MCB Sp 6 to 32 Amps , 220 volts 10 KA C series complete all s specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 40 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 15mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor of size 32 X 6mm GI Strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of old LT panel with new floor Mounting type high quality Glass fiber reinforced Polycarbonate insulated Panel with IP 65 according to IEC 60 529, with protection class II and internally embedded gasket made of polyurethane, flame retardant, self-extinguishing with glow wire test at 960 degC in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11 UL subject 94; Impact strength IK 08(5 Joule) in accordance with DIN EN 50102. The Panel shall be in accordance with IEC 61439-1 & 2.The material should conform to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC, UV resistant according to IEC 61439-1. The polycarbonate panel boards shall have TYPE TESTED Report (in accordance with ASTA certification' by CPRI) in accordance with IEC 60439-1 complete all as specified and directed.
