Supply and fixing of changeover switch on load type 415 volts 400 amps , 50 Hz including all fixing arrangement all as specified.( Pkt E)

Supply and fixing of MCCB 4 Pole 440 volts AC 50 Hz 400 Amps 36 kA, adjustable thermal magnetic release all as specified.( As main incomer at Sub stn PKT E)

Supply of "Earthing sets" comprising of 17.2 mm dia 6 mtr long Earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper bonding & 1 bag of Eco-safe Based environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco Safe Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 15.5 D of IEEE : 80 standard.Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction, size of bore not less than 80mm dia, 12 feet deep, complete all as specified and directed. Back-fill compound should be environment friendly, should solidly when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground.Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC : 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including earth work, PVC earth pit cover.

Supply, fabricate, instll, test and commissioning LT control panel indoor type powder coated, weather proof,dust proof, vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet front and back openable door, angle iron frame and locking arrangement with pad lock, including suitable working space in bus bar chamber, cable box chamber with alley suitable for 3phase 4 wire system,415V, 50 Hz,AC supply including aluminium bus raisers with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colours for phases identification,including all bus raiser shall be extend upto cable box chamber fixed on fibre insulation for RYB & neutral to all out going cable, confirming to IP-54 and fixed on raised PCC platform with PCC 1:2:4,type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) raised base with control wiring with comprissing cable gland brass, copper lugs etc. including marking of O/G feeder in panel and comprising the following. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling of excavatted soil upto a depth of 30cm after riddling the excavated soil for cushioning of cable and refilling of trench with normal excavated soil

Supply and lay in trenches burnt bricks sub-class ‘B’ size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for in replacement GI pipe 50 mm dia light grade laid in trenches at road crossings/ foot paths complete all as specified and directed

ditto but pipe dia 80 mm dia.

M&L for road cutting, including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soling with broken boulders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix material, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as specified directed.
