M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 50mm bore from earth plate to Panel/DBs and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade raised up to a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with handle, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed, including taking down existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying medium grade galvanised, steel water tubing with both end flanged for suction and discharge line with all fittings of 80 mm and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying medium grade galvanised, steel water tubing with both end flanged for suction and discharge line with all fittings of 100 mm and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 3 phase star delta starter suitable for 15KW/20HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 3 phase star delta starter suitable for 5.5KW/7.5HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 3 phase DOL starter suitable for 3.7KW/5HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sub main wiring with 4 runs of 10 sqmm plus 1 x 10 sqmm earh wire single core PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduit with all fitting such as Tee, Bends, Elbow, etc., fixed surface on wall/ceiling including 10 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated, FRLS, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sub main wiring with 4 runs of 6 sqmm plus 1 x 6 sqmm earth wire single core PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduit with all fitting such as Tee, Bends, Elbow, etc., fixed surface on wall/ceiling including 6 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated, FRLS, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of silent/containerised diesel engine driven generating set with AMF Panel complete to give an output of 20 KVA, at 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply with power factor 0.8 (Lagging), 1500 rpm, engine as per IS:10001/10002 and alternator as per IS:13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, mounted on common base plate, anti vibration rubber mounting pad complete in all respect with and including accessories and components as specified below including supply & fixing aesthetically designed weather and sound proof acqoustic enclosure with insulation conforming to UL94‐HF1 class for flammability for 20 KVA Generator sets ECO friendly and as per Ministery of Environment, latest CPCB norms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Contractor should responsible for deposited the old BER DG set from old location to MT Yard. Make: Kirloskar (Engine Model No : 3R550TA4G1) or Ashok Layland (Engine Model No ALG184-1(CPCBIV+) & coupled with company specified alternator (Meeting Emission & Noise compliant as per latest CPCB) or Equivalent in Cummins/Greaves-Cotton/Caterpillar

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc and getting out in hard/dense soil and in road cutting all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed NOTE: Reddled earth upto 20cm depth around cable for protection to be filled including spreading, levelling etc & punned down

Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point

Supply and lay in trenches burnt clay bricks, sub class (Designation 75) 'B' of old size for cable protection over the cables, laid dry & perpendicular across over the cable, flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm against mechinical/trafic load in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying & testing of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded steel wire /strip armoured heavy duty (Electric power cable), 1100 Volt grade, multistranded aluminium conductor cable n.exc 100mtr, stacking laid into trench, passing through pipe, ducts, making electrical connection over pole/panel at one end and into the MCB DB's/Main switch/Change over switch through proper lugs/thimbles at the another end, having 35 sqmm, 3½ core nominal cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete in replacement with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth lead of copper strip of size 20mm x 3mm by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers of the earth and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to Panel and DG set and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade raised upto a level of 50cm above ground level with plug at top, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with two handles, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Earthing shall be provided as per IS:3043-1987. (b) Earthing shall be carried out 7.5 mtr apart from the building. (c) Rate for copper strip upto test point included in the quoted rate.
