Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical panel outdoor type made up of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet weather, dust & vermin proof, double door, front & back opening detachable type complete made up of suitable size of angle iron frame with locking arrangement duly mounted on angle iron frame of suitable size grouted on PCC plinth painted with two coats of powder coating over a coat of red oxide primer conforming to IS 8623, IP 54 protection including necessary glands etc at the bottom sheet cover and consisting of the following items:- (i) Busbar 250 Amps capacity mounted on porcelain insulator Aluminium strip insulated complete alongwith internal wiring (a) MCCB 125 amps, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 volts-01 No for incoming. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 2core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc.and getting out for hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and beyond 1.5 metre deep in Hard / dense soil for errecting the LT Poles etc. n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection of cable with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm for soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in poles Bed concrete of including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of Pole assembly etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc Including necessary form work and exposed surface finished fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED optic lense security light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC heavy duty outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M& L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-37 (9.0 metres long) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia light grade 1.2 mtr long including fixing with MS clamp 2 Nos. made out of 50mm wide and 5 mm thick flat iron with MS nut, bolts 75 mm long 12 mm dia 04 Nos. with flat washer (3 mm thick) - 02 Nos. each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the MS clamp & bracket etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and laying GI tubes light grade with connected fitting laid in trenches /wall/pole for protection to UG cables of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge

Supply and fix pole mounted junction boxes/cut-out box /fuse box for road/street lighting of size 250mmx 200mm x105 mm for 3 phase/4 core high wattage including all connection and control street light circuit including connector and bus bar with 2 x MS clamp made out of Fl of size 25x4mm for fixing the box to pole complete with nut, bolts and washers all as specified and directed. Make/Model: Cat part No. GS-JB-2520 of make Sintex or equivalent in Hensal.

Earthing complete with galvanised galvanised steel plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in a earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, and earth strip protected by Gl protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore connected to main earth lead on control panel board and Gl pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, funnel with wire mesh. PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1,40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Design Mix) cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 10cm C/C on both sides and handle complete Excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal up to 50M complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No:3 of SSR-I (2009) connecting to earth test point on completion. Note: Earth Resistance shall not exceed more than three ohm.

M&L for Wiring for circuit wiring alongwith earth wire with 3 core each core 1.5 Sqmm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in recessed pole in flexible PVC pipe of required size and to be fixed including connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
