The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of works during the last 7 years. The options for similar works completed are: - Three completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 44 Crores - Two completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 55 Crores - One completed work of similar nature costing not less than Rs 88 Crores The bidder should also have successfully completed at least one building work composite with services of a minimum G+4 multi-storied building. The value of previously completed works should be enhanced at 5% per year to bring them at par with the present cost. Additionally, the contractor shall not sublet any portion of the contract without prior written approval of the Accepting Officer, but not more than 49% part of the work in terms of Contract value can be approved for subletting by the Accepting Officer. The works completed should be in Central Govt/State Govt/PSUs and executed through a proper agreement between the bidder and the Govt/Deptt.
