M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the cable cover is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks/fly ash bricks all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles above ground leve including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair and provision of form work for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm complete all as specified.

M&L for cable jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm. (Note : Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, coverslab for protection if necessary will be measured and paid sepatately)

M&L for cable jointing kit 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor End termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm. (Note : Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, coverslab for protection if necessary will be measured and paid sepatately)

Supply and lay in trenches/under roads/crossings are fixed to wall/pole, GI tubing light grade of 100 mm dia sizes for protection of UG cables including taking out of old unsv GI pipe. Note : Payment for excavation and earth work shall be paid for separately under relevant items of Schedule.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road,pavement,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including provn of HDPE pipe 110 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Quoted rates deemed to be inclusive of transportation charges of drilling machine,connected accessories ,HDPE pipe,statuatory charges for road cutting.

S&F HT Cable route marker of Cast Iron which dia 150 mm and angle iron of 25 x 25 x 4 mm and 1 ft length including all connecting accessories like nut, bolts and washer and burried in ground with PCC (1:2:4) size 100 x 100 x 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised galvanised steel plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in a earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, and earth strip protected by GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore connected to main earth lead on control panel board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, funnel with wire mesh.
