Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3mm thick polycarbonate solid corrugated sheet with sealed end and fixed with sealant and self driven screw and making water proofed by using silicone sealent as roof sheeting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-colour coated high tensile strength galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through specialist agency complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) half pipes trapezoidal shape 150mm at top and 110mm at bottom single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed as gutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint 110mm dia fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FRLS) upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm drawn in concealed conduit in wall and open conduit on ceiling including all accessories ISI marked including factory made galvanised modular flush sheet metal enclosure having top bottom side and back wall knock out for conduit entry from any direction suitable to the approved make of switch/socket outlet conforming to IS 14772-2000 and suitable for modular cover plates and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable (FRLS) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cover plate shall be measued and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Circuit wiring from DB to switch board is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Modular socket outlet, 6 Amps, 2 and 3 pin combined two modules complete all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded FRLS copper conductor colour coded in and including suitable size PVC casing and caping with cable 4Sqmm size, 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS:694 , including single core stranded FRLS copper conductor 4 Sqmm PVC insulated cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and earth terminal box drawn in same PVC casing and caping for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 16Amp for air conditioner point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ans fix Modular switch socket combination 16 A 6 pin, 3 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,testing and commissioning water cooler electrically driven, stainless steel body, IEE raiting 3.5 min single phase with inbuilt purifier HIMA 7 NHC , dispencing capacity 125 Ltrs/hr and storage tank capacity 40 Ltrs normal, 40 Ltrs Cold, single phase 230 V AC power supply with all connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Supplying and laying 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors/ trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gate valves/ball valve connected both ends for CPVC pipe and fixed 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
