Dismantling of existing electric passenger lift, of speed up to 1.5 m per second, of capacity 544 kg/884 kg passenger lift with simplex type selective collective control comprising of car cabin enclosures, lift door, AC motor, Control Panel, Travelling Cable, Hoist Way Rope, Exclude Main Driving sheave installed at CGRA Rameswaram/CGRA Kozhikode complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor will make good, in case of any damage caused to surface of lift shaft & machine room during the dismantling at his own cost and no separate payment will be made on this account for civil work as directed . (ii) Contractor/OEM should ensure that all safety condition/accessories as per latest IS/Safety instruction on elevator are catered while quoting.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Micro processor based VVVF Regenerative type main controller with closed loop system by OEM for passenger elevator electrically operated of capacity 13 passenger (884 Kg) Gearless machine and including fixing arrangement with Microprocessor controller (VVVF) regenerative based (including drive calibration pad for upload/down load the data), selective collective control, speed 1.5 mtr per second serving ground floor and 7 upper floor (G+7), total eight landings and type of signal system FIGS fixtures with dot matrix display and car position indicator in car all fixture in SS face plate (both inside/out-side), provn of travelling cable with copper conductor FRLS of suitable size & core or required wiring to intercom speaking, connect to complete cell and provn of through & other accessories, Electric cabling and wiring in FRLS copper cable including all necessary PVC conduits ISI marked of suitable size and anti nuisance car call protection, independent servicing (for duplex only) overload device, nudging, emergency fireman's service. Emergency car light unit infrared curtain door protection, door time protection, Emergency alarm button, extra door time of lobby & parking door open/close button, emergency battery backup for light, manual rescue operation,belt inspection drive Auto fan cut off as per IS specifications complete all as specified and per directed.
