M&L fpr steel work in tubular trusses in any shape flat or curved section including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of flat iron for wind ties conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws, rivetting with existing roof sheets/ valley gutters, bolting on to parapet walls etc complete as specified at any height. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of necessary scoffolding also complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying 2 coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similiar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members (weight of expanded metal n exc 4 kg/sqm and not less than 3 kg/sqm).The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding needed for the work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for color code point wiring FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor single core multistandred 1100 volt grade conforming to IS 694 drawn through PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 20mm dia medium grade, concealed /open as per site requirement with suitable size modular metal flush box fitted with modular cover plate with frame (inner/ outer plate) for mounting switches or sockets regulators etc including FRLS 1.5 sqmm earth wire copper insulated wire connected to common earth dolly including making good the existing disturbed surface using wall putty and matching colour emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/ directed by Engineer in charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Same size wire shall be used for phase, neutral and earth conductor. (iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red , blue, yellow for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

(a) One Light/ fan point controlled by one switch

(b) 5 Amps socket point on independent board

All as per item No.12 here in above but 2.5 sqmm for 6/16 Amps socket on independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring using 4 runs of 10 sqmm FRLS, IS 694 PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS specification drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size not less than 32mm dia medium grade surface on wall along with 1 runs of 10 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth lead connected to common earth dolly, including making good the existing disturbed surface using wall putty and matching colour emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F modular switch one way 6 Amps 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F modular socket 6 Amps 2/3 pin 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F modular white cover plate with frame, 6 module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F modular metal flush box 6 module on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amps capacity 240 Volts, C series 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F MCB tripple pole & neutral AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, C series 10 kA breaking capacity, 40/ 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F ceiling rose 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate isolated body, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F wall mounted 20 W LED 4ft white batten out put lumen ≥ 100 lumen/watts, efficacy 100 lumen per watt, CRI 80, CCT 5500k , internal surge protection up to 4kV, power factor 0.95 having extruded aluminium housing provided for efficient heat dissipation with poly carbonate diffuser and integrated electronic driver with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up 3 core flexible copper conductor cable suitable size from fitting to ceiling rose/connection terminals complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. S&F flood light for sports facility /building security light 150W output lumens greater than 100 lumens/watt LED flood light with innovative finless design and excellent thermal management and light distrubution and secondary lenses along with IP 66 for better protection and better distribution including making connection from existing ceiling rose / connector with 3core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make:- Crompton model PLUTO NEO PRO LFLN-TFS 150CDL-60-M or equivalent in Philips/Havells/Bajaj.

M&L for fixing switch socket combination modular type, 5/15Amps with 3 module PVC box & 3 modular cover plate with 15A switch and 15A socket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix PVC sheathed 3 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor 1100 volts grade confirming to IS specification drawn through PVC conduit for flood lights complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix MCB DB TPN 415V double door type, 06 way with bush bar of appropriate current carrying capacity, neutral link, earth bar and din rail complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
