(including nut, bolting, fasteners, drilling, necessary scafolding as per site requirement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described.complete all as specified.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5m and n exc 3.0m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

M/L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Ditto Item No 4 as above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat and rough finished surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions and rough finished surface complete all as specified.

M& L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M& L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in soil/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm. complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc. 5 km but n exc. 10 km and depositing outside of MoD land where directed complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel Plates 25mm thick plain, channels, square cut or notched as in base plate of Columns(ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment of Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified.

S&F 25mm dia Mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm longcomplete all as specified.

Manufacturing, Supplying, Erection, Installation of 20mtrs long side polygonal Flag Mast with 2 telescopic sections having thickness as per BSEN 10025 grade S 355 JO/ASTM A 572-50, bottom dia 540mm top dia 200mm steel sheet plate for shaft suitable to withstand a wind velocity of 62.5M/Sec as per IS-875 Part-3. Base plate as per IS 2062/ASTMA572-50. The Mast shall be Galvanised in single Hot dip as per BSEN ISO 1461/ASTM A123 with an average 70 microns as per IS 2629 with 3 coat of PU(auto) paint over a coat of primer and welded as per BS 5135 Single L-Section joint. The mast shall have double drum winch 750 KG with 2 way head frame with die cast LM 6 pulleys, stainless steel axle, Phosphorus Bronze bearing bush press fitted with separate guides for 2 runs of 8mm dia and 6mm dia stainless steel wire rope of AISI 304 grade 7/19 core, (Factor of Safety as per TR No.7). The bottom shaft of mast with door having locking arrangements. The mast shall be supplied with with 4mm thick template, suitable size J Bolts of 10 Nos. Provisions of 50mm dia cross bar size as required with manual hosting system with 6 Nos. Flag Rolls pulleys including rope and step ladder system complete. Also including the dismantling old mast work, PCC work at site clearance work.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above gound level) complete alla as specified and as directed.

M/L PCC 100MM thick , 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) using as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 25MM thick, 1:2:4 typeB-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) using as in floor finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel grill/Railings fixed to wall/floors of Grade-316 including all pieces, drilling holes, sweling, buffing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting removing damaged portion of bituminous/concrete surfaces in square rectangular shape (pot holes not exceeding 1 Sqm each) cleaning the surface with wire brush or cloth and removing the wteness & dampness by means of dryer and supply and laying of 50mm thick modified all weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemical, anti striping agents, graded aggregate and additives (ready to use) (STP (shalipatch) or equivalent in Fosroc chemicals/Tiki tar) as per manufacturer instructions and application methodology consolidating with rammer levelled the surfaces to match the existing surfaces all as directed

M&L Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface n.exc 100mm deep in area exc 400 sq m

Preparing surfaces of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with Bituminous primer at 5 Kg/10 Sqm on new Bituminous macadam surfaces and old black top surface.

Rolling, watering and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller 8 to 12 tonne including filling in soft spots, depressions etc which occurred during rolling (for portion of cutting/original ground only) to required camber and gradient including watering before and during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base), spread thickness - 150mm, with broken boulders or quarried stone of size 100 to 50mm, deposited, spread, levelled in one layer, interstices filled, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness ) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) rading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Material and labour for preparing surface of WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake, mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dust etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix semi asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne roller complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix GLS type aviation light sysytem 10 watt 302 LED,240 Volts incl provision of necessary electric connection with 2 core 40 Sqmm cable from mast bottom to aviation light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised galvanised steel plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in a earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to main earth lead on control panel board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, funnel with wire mesh. PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1,40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Design Mix) cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 10cm C/C on both sides and handle complete Excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal up to 50M complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No:3 of SSR-I (2009) connecting to earth test point on completion. Note: Earth Resistance shall not exceed more than three ohm.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks/fly ash bricks all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for lightning arrestor including air termination rod of 12 mtr long and PVC coated necessary copper wire 25 Sqmm from ground level to air termination rod complete with all fixing arrangements all as specified and directed.
