Repair/ replacement of old U/s LT panel board with outdoor type double door floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof panel with IP-65 protection fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size duly pretreated in seven tank proces for degreasing, de-rusting and phosphated primer powder coated then painted with final coat of epoxy based powder coated. Panel shall be having front and rear opening for installation of seperate cable alleys with proper locking arrangement with busbar chamber and switch gear compartments. Provision in cable alleys to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming and outgoing cables. A clear space of 400 mm to be kept from floor level for switch gear compartment. Extended busbar links/terminals to be provided for heat dissipation. Suitable size knockout holes for cable glands shall be provided. Paint shall be epoxy based approved shade of colour and make and size of panel duly mentioned the size of each component and switch gear layout drawing shall be submitted for the approval of Engr-in-charge before ordering the items.The panel shall duly supported on angle iron of size 40x40x4mm thick. Panel shall include following accessesories:-

(a) Busbar chamber (4 nos TP&N 200 amp rating ) (Aluminium bus bar ) SET 01 (with proper colour code) (b) Phase indicator LED lamp assy -03 No. (c) Complete wiring of panel with suitable gauge multi stranded copper conductor with proper colour code. (d) Digital multi functional meter to measure current, voltage, power factor etc-01, with connected CT's of suitable size. (e) Panel should have separate chambers and busbar extensions to accomodate following switch gears:- i) MCCB TPN 125 A as incomer - 01 Nos as incomer. ii) MCB TPN 63 A- 03 Nos, Timer with contractor 63 Amps for street light connection -01 Set. Notes:- a) Existing serviceable siwtch gears obtained from old panel board will be reused and unserviceable switch gears replaced with new switch gears will be measured and paid under relavant items. b) Panels shall be procured from firms having CPRI test certificate. c) Panel should have separate cable alley on both sides. d) Panel drawing should be approved from Engr-in-charge before manufacturing. e) Quoted rate shall include necessary earth work and PCC complete.

M&L for dismantling old LT APFC panel and supply, installation, testing & commissioning floor mounted factory made cubical LT APFC panel of size 1400mm(H) X 1100mm(W) X 500mm(D) made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with aluminium bus bar suitable for 400 Amp double door out door type, CPRI approved duly painted with epoxy based powder coated paint, including base channel, inter connection control wiring name plate for each switch gears, danger plate, earth bus bar as per IS 5039. comprising of compartments for 100 KVAR (5+10+10+ 25+25+25) in shape of round capacitors and its accessories, cable gland with hinged door, bus chamber with bolted door etc dust & vermin proof construction attractive powder coated complete all as specified and as directed.The panel shall duly supported on angle iron of size 40x40x4mm thick. Panel shall include following accessories:-

(a) Busbar chamber (4 nos TP&N 400 amp rating ) (Aluminium bus bar ) SET 01 (with proper colour code). Panel should have separate chambers and busbar extensions to accomodate following switch gears:- i) MCCB TPN 125 Amps as incomer - 01 Nos. ii) Compartments for 100 KVAR (5+10+10+25+25+25) in shape of round capacitors and its accessories. Taking down the unserviceable LT UG cable of any size and capacity 3.5 core/04 core including removing electrical connection and keeping side serviceable cable including removing cable protection cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying cable obtained from taking out in trench/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured LT cable of any size 3/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- a) For all items involving excavation work contractor has to obtain prior approval from station HQ to avoid loss of other co existing utility services, in case of damage to any property he would be liable for its rectification. b)The excavation has to be done manually only.

Returning, filling in trenches in hard/dense soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of pipes including spreading, levelling and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading riddled earth for cushioning of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover but Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of PCC un reinforced LTcable cover of size 250 mmx 150mmx40mm item obtained from taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation of DG Set, filling and mass concrete, PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of cable route indicator for marking of UG cable of any size with cast iron round plate not less than 100 mm dia suitably fitted on iron and embeded with PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx45cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance & servicing of ACB of any type & capacity, by removing from panel and complete servicing of all parts of ACB, removing carbon from their parts and refixing the same, and greasing all moving parts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair/replacement of ACB Moving Rack in Rack out Rail system and mechanism for ACB of 1600A capacity make ABB and model SACE E2 complete removing from panel and refixing the same after complete repair and making it operational and greasing all moving parts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Enclosed Automatic Transfer Switch of capacity 200Amps , to mount inside panel and suitable for insert 120 sqmm cable with gland for cabling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair/replacement of heat shrinkable type LT sleeves of capacity 1100V upto 2m length, suitable for cable size upto 50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair/replacement of heat shrinkable type LT sleeves of capacity 1100V upto 2m length, suitable for cable size 70 to 400 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for spray painting of LT Panel of any size, any place with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, body colour shall be as per existing colour, black for foundation base frame, and rewriting details of incoming & out going supply with proper stickers sheet, providing 2 Nos of new LT danger notice board stickers & proper locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of post top lantern having opal acrylic and spun aluminium reflector with high power LEDs as light source having 40 watt capacity, 440V, 50Hz, IP 65 rated, with 5Kv SPD included and PF above 0.95 suitable for pole dia upto 60 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. S&F in replacement of die cast aluminium IP 66 rated 100 W LED flood light luminaire on poles / buildings of any height using proper ladder arrangements with system efficacy above 120Lm/W and with 10KV surge protection device complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. LED street light luminaire must have following specifications: minimum 60 watts capacity, 240V, 50Hz made out of pressure die cast hosuing, IP 66 rating, efficacy above 120 Lm/W, 10kv surge protection a 5700K complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down the defective security light fittings/street light fittings/high mast light fittings of any type from 11/10/8.5 mtr swan neck type pole and refixing in same position after carrying out necessary minor repair work and cleaning the fittings , reconnecting the joints, replacing drivers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replecement of XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strp or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required for 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade in replacement of 100mm dia including fittings laid in trenches or under road crossing for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade in replacement of 50mm dia including fittings laid in trenches or under road crossing for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.3 Mtr and depth 0.6 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hardstanding using all old / new materials as required at site to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Before using the hand drilling/breaker machine, diamond cutter will be used and take permission from AGE E/M all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
